Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

He also helped me with a rental car. I was not feeling well and exhausted but he made the process very easy and he was patient with my many questions.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. When we returned the next day ready to purchase, Chas got everything ready for us and made the paperwork process incredibly smooth. He even recommended a great place for tints! Mohammed in finance was fantastic as well. He worked with us to arrange monthly payments within our budget and was very transparent about all fees and add-ons. He showed us the breakdown of everything step by step. Even though we didn't go with the VIP package, he included an unlimited tire warranty without increasing our monthly payment, which was amazing. The entire process took about an hour and a half - we arrived around 12:30-1:00 and left by 2:30 with our new car! They also handled our registration seamlessly (we're DC residents but the dealership is in Virginia), provided a temporary tag, and made sure we knew exactly what to do for vehicle inspection. Everyone listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the car. This is hands down one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

A used Toyota Prius with low mileage is hard to find. We had searched several websites, visited dealers for test drives and were getting discouraged that we would not find what we were looking for. This would be our third Prius (previous cars 2007 and 2011), so we knew what a great deal would look like. Earlier in the day we had almost bought a 2013 Prius V from another dealer, but our credit union was concerned about the price given the 69k miles. So we continued our search on Cars.com and found a 2015 Prius with low mileage at a great price at Waldorf Honda. We called to check the vehicle's availability and made our way in the rain to Waldorf around 5pm. Representative Mark Green was waiting for us when we arrived, with the car ready to test drive. Because Waldorf Honda had a certified lender relationship with our credit union the financing process went quickly. We had expected to have to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be fully detailed. But to our delight Mark Green had arranged to have the car cleaned and fresh (previous owner was a smoker) while we were in with finance and we were able to drive our 2015 Prius. YES, our days of 50 miles to the gallon driving have returned.

I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Daniele Bava was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and gave me different options so I could make the best decision. I never felt pressured, and he made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to him, I was able to leave with my new car the same day! I highly recommend working with Daniele.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

The best car buying experience I’ve had and we’ve purchased a lot of vehicles. The salesperson Andrea was wonderful, informative and helpful! The sales manager, Tyler Winchell was also great! He got us a great deal on our Kia Sorento. He was friendly and gave us a discount that helped me get into a great Kia!

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.

This is my fourth Odyssey. I drive them for 8 years, sell them for 40% of what I paid (usually have people already asking to buy), and buy the new one. I have used my Odyssey as my truck (landlord) people mover (educator) and transportation - for ME when I go to warmer climes in the winter.
