Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

Toyota of RockwallReviews
Toyota of Rockwall review
If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall! Buying a car is usually something I dread because it's often a long, stressful process. This was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued. A huge thank you to Quinn Flowers in Sales, Mick Schott in the Service Department, and Dave in Finance. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were exceptional. What really stood out was their commitment to under-promising and over-delivering. They never pressured me or made promises they couldn't keep—instead, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Quinn made the buying process easy and enjoyable, Mick took the time to explain the service side and made me feel confident I'd be taken care after my purchase, and Dave made the finance process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Great people. Great service. Great experience. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Toyota of Rockwall, for raising the bar on what customer service should look like. You've earned a loyal customer, and I'll gladly recommend you to my family and friends! 🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Toyota of Rockwall review
Made an appointment in advance for 20k mile maintenance. Arrived a few minutes before. Had a service tech greet me almost immediately, ask why I was there, and lead me into the waiting area which had plenty of comfy seating, free bottles of water and warmed individually wrapped cookies. I received a text immediately telling me that Toyota would update me through text on the progress of the work being done. The next text, at about an hour later, told me their recommendations for replacement, such as air filter and the cost, to which I could select approve or disapprove. I approved. 15 minutes later text was received saying my car was ready. I stood up and the tech met me and let me to cashier to pay. And then to my car. Very organized. Very clean. Very efficient.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

2018 Honda Odyssey review
We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I am highly satisfied with the West Ford Dealership from my experience I received upon purchasing a vehicle from your establishment. The staff has been diligent in maintaining the vehicle, and the service advisors, along with all personnel I encountered, demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. 2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

Angel helped me in buying my next car. He took what I needed and found me the perfect match. He was extremely helpful in showing me the functions and buttons of the car, and everyone was very accommodating. I know I made a good decision!
2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans. The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. This vehicle is a big asset and has more than expected and you guys made it possible, thanks!

If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for Jesse Esparza to help you out. He helped my husband I out when we were trying to decide on buying a vehicle. We were full of questions and he answered them all and he gave us a lot of information to help us. Jesse is definitely the one to ask for and we will always as for him. Again thanks Jesse
