We unfortunately had two old Mazdas which were purchased from Gaithersburg Mazda that died. They tried their best in the service department (which by the way is also a 5-star department) to repair them but the writing was on the wall. We needed two new cars. Maynor Guzman was just the most caring and knowledgeable salesperson we met since being an ongoing customer there. No matter how much time we needed to make a decision or asked to test drive more than one vehicle, he was very accommodating and then some. And his service didn't stop there. Gave us his card should we have any questions on how some of the technology works. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff.

Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid has met all of my expectations. A smooth quiet ride and an off-road hunting vehicle all wrapped up in one. Enough power to take me up and through steep passes yet a head turner in the city while cruising along the streets. The interior is comfortable, and the back seat can fold down to haul long pieces of lumber from the home improvement store. This is a cross between a truck and an elegant car. Best thing is I save a lot of money using the electric mode.
