I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Upon arrival, I still had to wait 2 to 3 hours because of paperwork. I realized on my way home, the car was never cleaned because there were crumbs under the driver's seat and there was still salt on the floorboard on the driver side that I had mentioned the day before and was told it would be taken care of. The front windshield still had some type of gunk on it. They still hadn't put gas in the car until I was ready to drive away.
