I owned a 2013 Elantra I bought it brand new with 21,000 miles on it. The car got good gas mileage, it had all the bells and whistles, the back up camera was in a odd place where the cigarette lighter should go. It ran ok until my 5 years of having the car ..When it got cold I noticed a tapping noise I took it to the Hyundai repair shop I was very shocked to her that my engine was gone . When it gets cold metal fragments chips into the motor causing the motor to go out I informed them this should be a recall failure they stated no Patterson of Tyler was rude they was not helpful saying I should of had a extended warranty No you I felt they should fix the car mistakes nethless to say the argument with Patterson of Tyler did not end well..I ended up selling the car due to defective motor..Beware don't buy this car without a warranty or extended warranty
I was pleased with the service to my car, the efficiency and time spent, the ride to and from my home, and the courtesy extended to me.

This is the car of my dreams! It's the perfect size; not too small like the Accent, not too big like the Sonata, so it's a breeze for parallel parking. The trunk is surprisingly large- which is much needed for transporting instruments/equipment as well as everyday needs. I wasn't a fan of the backup camera at first, but now it's become a necessity and definitely taken strain off of my neck. The steering wheel radio controls and hands-free calling have also become a necessity, and I'm sure they've prevented many accidents so far.
The product specialist, Greg Jordan was so attentive and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I have to say out of all the Lincoln dealers in a 100 mile radius he is tops! Thank you Greg and Michael Gurley, finance manager for having everything ready when I arrived to make a seamless transaction!

This car met all my needs. I found it to be a great first car! I liked that it had heated seats and found it to be reliable
This was our 3rd dealership of the day looking for a used Altima at a great deal. Mohamed was outstanding at helping us and never was “pushy”. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. The financial director John was professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions. Just overall great experience!

This car has great gas mileage, and is very roomy for its size. It is very reliable, has a great warranty. It was very clean and beautiful Blue color.
This dealership was wonderful they adjusted the price and made it affordable. Working with Mohamed and Deon was a pleasure would definitely come back again.

So I recently traded in my car for a Hyundai Elantra, this wasn’t my first or last choice when it came to choosing a new car but can I say I’m pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase. Absolutely no regrets. Everything about this car makes me want to recommend Hyundai going forward.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I think this vechicle has performed greatly for me being that it had a previous owner before me. If properly maintained I believe that I can honestly say that I got my money worth for a used car.
I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.

This is the best car I’ve owned inside and out! Sunroof, pearl which doesn’t look pearl though. But you won’t want another car after this.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!

This car is like super new. Its been a month since i am driving this car and i love the experience of car on roads
Bar-none, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I didn't even have to enter the dealership! Found the exact car I wanted on-line, contacted the dealer, worked with James on a few phone calls and took possession of the car the next day, even brought the car to me and picked up my trade. Terrific customer service, I missed initialing one of the papers, and he brought it to me the next day at my office. This is my second car purchased @ Hendrick Kia, and this was an awesome experience. Thanks James!

It’s sporty looking Runs great, I wish it would have had the reverse camera for parking and navigation system and tire rims instead of hubcaps.
The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking a car that fuel efficient and get me to weee I needed to be.
I have owned my Fort Mill purchased Electra for about one year. I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great. Tom, my service advisor, it terrific. He always remembers me, knows my car, and provides excellent, friendly and professional service. I will continue to take my car back to Fort Mill Hyundai for service

This car is what I was looking for and more. Satellite radio was important to me because I do a lot of driving. Extras that came with the car were a sunroof and a back up camera. And gas mileage is very important to me with the driving I do.
Bought my son his first car took it home that week first week check engine light came on brought it to the dealership couldn't fix it had to bring to dodge fine went home two weeks later car died called Nissan told them i was told by the manager you get what you paid for so didn't want to help only willing to take care of the diagnosis and nothing more 3 weeks with the car bad customer service don't care about the customer only the money so watch out buying a used car from there they will screw you

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.
I test drove this car before making any final decisions. I completely fell in love with it and knew I had to have it. From the exterior design to the interior, it was everything that I was looking for. It drives smoothly, and the inside has a lot of space which is nice. I would definitely recommend this car to others. This is by far my favorite car that I have had.
