King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.

Went in without the intention of purchasing a vehicle, but Fred Fon and Jorge made the process so easy and with numbers I couldn’t pass the opportunity. Fred was very attentive and heard all my wants for a vehicle and showed me around, taking note of my price point. With a seamless process I was able to get in and out less than three hours with a new car. Mind you at no point did I ever feel pressured or had a poor experience. Jorge made sure I knew all my options for financing and went into detail what each option was and how it would benefit me. Once again there was no pressure to purchase everything. They kept my needs and budget their priority. Thank you for a seamless process and a new vehicle.

2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.
2021 Hyundai KONA review
This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar

Walter G. was an excellent and highly professional sales person I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable with courtesy, all crowned by an articulated and compelling selling point. As result, only within 2 days we closed a deal. Our family, indeed my son, are really happy for the purchase of the mazda cx5.
2022 Hyundai KONA review
I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Zarvo Motors review
I recently purchased a Lexus RC350 F Sport from Cargo Motors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had been looking for this specific model for a while, and the condition of the vehicle when I arrived matched their description perfectly. Ali and Zee were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions about the car's history and performance features without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out to me was how honest and transparent they were about everything. There were no hidden fees, unexpected surprises, or typical dealership games when it came time to discuss the numbers and final paperwork. I couldn't be happier with my new Lexus RC350 F Sport or the top-tier service I received. If you are looking for a seamless car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ali and Zee at Cargo Motors.

Alexandria Toyota review
After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in, I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted by a salesman, Lamin Mathews, who worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I decided to drive the 75 to 85 miles to the dealership. Lamin met me there and showed me the vehicle with a test drive that answered all my questions at that time. We decided to purchase the vehicle which was two years old and were transferred to Briana Grimes who handled all the financial/closing issues related to the sale. She could not have been any more helpful. Lamin finished up with setting our phone GPS up on the radio communication system to get us home safely. Both Lamin and Briana have worked with us since to resolve any questions that we had. At my age, 83, that can be frustrating to young people. Neither showed any signs of being annoyed or frustrated. We appreciated that very much. Everyone, including Lamin, Briana and the dealership deserve the highest ratings possible and we appreciate their service to us.
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!
