The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!

Service at North Olmsted Nissan is and has always been very positive. They don???t try to sell you unnecessary service. They are always very helpful to my whole family. When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
Zach the salesmen was super helpful. Allowed me to take as much time as I need on test drive. Very low pressure place to shop. I genuinely felt he was looking out for me. Very happy with car and services

We had the BEST experience purchasing our "New to Us' truck.
We saw the truck online and called about it. We made a quick trip from 45 minutes south at 3:30 in the afternoon, and we were out of there less than 3 hours later... financing and everything.
Every single person we had dealings with was so kind and considerate and friendly. There was no BS involved.Our salesman was Mike Bell @Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green . He was an awesome representative of their dealership. He didn't try to "sell" us on anything and was a straight shooter. That is so much appreciated as car/truck shopping is one of the things we hate most in the world. BUT, Not anymore. As long as they have these standards of integrity, we will be devoted customers for years to come and will tell all of our friends, family and facebook about our lovely experience. AND YES, we think we actually enjoy car/truck shopping..... @ Ron Marhofer anyway.

Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
I never thought I would walk out with a new vehicle. Mark really made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me about my purchase.
