After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS from Wood Nissan Motor Company. We had a top-quality experience all the way around. Our salesperson, Jess Thomas, was experienced, respectful, and went out of his way to provide the best buying experience. I left a message on a third-party website on a holiday week-end and Jess Thomas contacted me via text right away, which was impressive. We were from out-of-town (150 miles away) and so when I spoke on the phone with Jess Thomas on Monday about the car provided all the information clearly and he volunteered to send me a personal video of the car. All of the negotiations for the car and our trade-in were conducted via phone in a professional manner. I believe the final numbers were fair to us and fair to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Jess treated us wonderful and did everything possible to get us in and out in a timely manner. I also want to express that dealing with the Finance representative Jeff was a pleasure as well. Jeff recommended and provided the information and products that we needed. I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

Walter Mountain was my salesman and he was awesome! I love my Chrysler 300 S. Ashley, I hope that's right, walked us through the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. I chose my car online, they held the car until I could get there from Topeka, KS. We did my financing in advance so once I got there all I had to do was drive the car and sign the paperwork.

This is my 2nd Tucson. First had an SEL now a Limited. I highly recommend the limited. Fantastic suv, great car, great value, couldn't be happier.

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

A great value for a GREAT SUV.. Drives well.. Wish it had a LITTLE bit more get up and go but I’m fine with it.. A lot of great luxury on a budget..

Jay Wolfe Acura goes above and beyond. They have definitely risen the bar.This was the first time car buying has ever been easy for me. I went in knowing which car I wanted to buy. There was no pressure to buy anything. We were served complimentary breakfast while waiting. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and interested in helping me with anything I might need. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Love the stylish look Has lots of amenities. Drives great and is comfortable. Got extra items at no additional expense, eg. cargo mat, floor mats, first aid kit.

I purchased my 2021 in the year 2020! My saleswoman, Christina, was AMAZING and kept me informed on the arrival of my car by calling, emailing or texting me. This is 2023 and she still contacts me! I appreciate that. I get all my car care service at the dealership also and EVERYONE is attentive to my car needs. I'm greeted before I even get out the car! Love it. Jerry P, Kyle and Greg normally take care of me [big shoutout of THANKS to them], but everyone that works in the car care area at the Lee's Summit Kia Cable Dahmer is amazing. I can't leave out the sweet woman who keeps the waiting area clean. She is so nice and ask how customers are as well. The sitting area is always stocked with great snacks/treats, water and coffee [no juice]. Everyone from the purchase of your car, greeted to get car service, waiting in sitting area, individuals who do your car care in the bay area, paying for your service and being walked to your cleaner washed car when time to leave are just AMAZING.

Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.

Carmax has a wide variety of used cars to check out if you are not sure what you want. We found a 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport with less than 8000 miles. Very nice vehicle that is roomy with lots of cool options. My sales agent was very nice, no pressure and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I would buy from Carmax again!

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.
