I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
Service is always excellent. Cathy is a great service advisory. Always follows up. She is personable, experienced and trustworthy. Five years working with this dealership and I???ve always been pleased.
Was one of the first people there at 7:30 am. Was greeted by a KIA workers, she was friendly, helpful and last but not least fast. Work was done under 1 hour. When my car was done, they escorted me to the car and open my door and wish me a good day. My car was clean (vacuum and wash) my car is usually clean but I live close to the wood so daily I???m picking up little debris and it travels inside of my car. But you get what I???m trying to say, lol...
Danny Hughett was our sales person for our new Kia Sorento. I navigated a very user friendly dealership website to find 2 cars that we were interested in. I called Danny, he answered many of my questions prior to our vistit and had both vehicles pulled and ready for us to look at when we arrived later in the day. Even though we had done our homework, Danny made the process even easier by his knowledge, his willingness to find answers and help us with no pressure at all. We walked out of Rick Case with a car we love and what we feel is a more than fair deal. After the sale, Danny has been also diligent in answering some questions that I have had. Danny is the best along with the whole Rick Case team, and I would recommend them again and again!
We went on a Sunday and Chianna Massie provided great service. She helped us locate a couple of cars that matched what we wanted and even when they didn't have them right there she found them and made the arranges for us to see them. Dealership seems very professional and no pressure. 100% recommended.

I wanted a 2016 used Tuscon. I had been looking for it for a long time and I found it at Rick Case Duluth. I bought it on New Years Eve. It was hectic at the dealership as you can imagine. My salesperson was Chris Gaines. He was pleasant and the sale went well. It was pouring rain and I didn't get to inspect the detail of the car very well due to the rain. I had to bring my title back the next day. I saw in the a.m. that there was a very bad paint touch up job on the driver side mirror and that the front seats were pretty scroddy. I asked Chris if they could just sand down the mirror and redo the touch up because it was really bad and shampoo the seats. He said he would check with the manager but he didn't think it would be a problem and it would have to be on a Thurs. Time went by and we kept missing each others calls. When I finally got in touch with Chris he told me they were not going to be able to touch up the mirror because they would have to redo the whole mirror. I was really upset. I hadn't bought a car since 2005. I wasn't asking them to repaint the whole thing just to touch it up. So I sent an email to Cars.com and I heard from the service center and they were able to check my car out last Thursday. They told me they could get me a new mirror at their cost, or whole new paint at their cost or try and sand it down and see what it looked like when they touched it up, but couldn't guarantee anything. I had to go with that option due to recent unplanned expenses. Tammy Baker took care of coordinating with the conditioning area. She was great. By noon it was done and I couldn't believe how great it looks. I am thrilled. Thrilled with the car, it looks brand new., It smells brand new and my faith is restored in Rick Case. I grew up in Cleveland Ohio. So I've known the Rick Case name for years which is part of why I went there and now I am very happy I did. They do really want you to be happy.
My husband and I were out driving one day and stopped in to see what they had on the lot. We test drove a used Santa Fe and loved it. Emmanuel pointed us in the right direction and two weeks later we came back. We ended up getting a brand new 2017 Santa Fe! We are so grateful for all of Emmanuels knowledge and support throughout the process and we will definitely refer him to everyone! Thanks so much!
I am never comfortable buying a car but after doing lots of homework and getting pre-approved--off I went to Rick Case. They had the car we wanted, at a price we could afford. We got off to a shaky start We had a specific payment in mind --but we were worlds apart on that. Josh Thompson our sales person and Matt Parnell the manager worked their fingers to the bone to help us be able to get into the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited. We were at the dealership a whole lot longer than we should have been--but we drove off the lot in our beautiful new (to us) car. THANKS JOSH AND MATT FOR ALL YOUR HELP in making our experience a lot less painful!!
Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth was the easiest place to purchase a vehicle. All the employees were amicable, easy to talk to, receptive on what my needs were, attentive, and quick to help get the best deal they could. I personally have had terrible car history so I was leery on the whole car buying experience. They made it simple while meeting the standards & needs I had. I went in right before closing one evening, looked at a couple, they stayed later and I purchased the following morning. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
