We r repeat customers and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Kami is the BEST! The process of buying my Tacoma was simplified by him. He helped us to get a deal we were comfortable with and we feel we got a good deal and reasonable price on our trade-in. He has earned us as family customers for life. BTW, from the minute we walked in we felt good about being there. EVERY employee we walked passed greeted us warmly. Not so sure about the receptionist though, she seemed indifferent to my being there. Also, i dont remember the name of the finance manager but he was outstanding too.
Staff was very helpful, made all my requests happen.

Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
I had a few different issues coming into the service department. My advisors assured me that he could get everything I needed fixed in a timely manner. I had mentioned a few things and he immediately knew of the updates my vehicle needed to function properly
Mark M. Internet car sales found an awesome Hyundai veloster turbo for my wife, equipped with the exact features she wanted! He gave us a great deal on a super clean well kept used car. Went to the dealership to test-drive a used vehicle. Salesperson was pleasant and helpful, but the car was overpriced. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the front light lenses were very cloudy, both reflecting inadequate detailing. I told the salesperson about my concerns and suggested those two issues might be remedied, especially for the high price on the vehicle. Also suggested that I was open to negotiating the price if the dealer didn't want to address those issues. No response.
I was very pleased with my experience. Mark Madison made my purchase as easy as possible and worked for me to get all possible rebates I could. They also went the extra mile to help me return my rental car the same day. I am very happy with my new car, a 2017 Elantra. It gets great gas mileage which was very important to since I drive 60+ miles back and forth to work each day. Thanks again!
As always the service department is friendly, reliable and trust worthy. My daughter's car needing servicing and although it is not a mazda the service department provided the same excellent care as they have provided in the past for my mazda. Because of the reliability of the service department my daughter plans on her next vehicle not only being a mazda but also purchasing from this dealership. They treat me with respect and have been honest in all my dealings with them. I have come to rely on Crain Mazda for all my service needs.
I purchased my car from this dealership and was and still am very pleased. However, on my first service visit I lost a little bit of love for their service department. I don't know if they were training new employees or it was just an off day for them but it took FOREVER. I decided to give them another shot bc after all, everyone has bad days.
The second go round was perfect and ha been ever since. People are always quick to jump ship but I'm glad I went back. I've been nothing but happy.
I LOVE my Miata and ONLY bring it to Crain Mazda in Little Rock for service. I treat my Miata like she's part of the family...so it makes sense.
If your child is sick you take them to a pediatrician not a vet, right? So if your Miata needs a little tune up or check-up you'd take it to a MAZDA dealership not a Jiffy/Quick/Lube/Mart. It's as simple as that.
Quick, professional and pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the service center, until I walked out, I was treated like I was welcomed. Very few dealerships have created an atmosphere like this, and I look forward to continuing to use this dealership.
I ?? McLarty of Benton!!! It is practically walking distance from my job. The guys there are super nice. Not only do they service my vehicle with great care & expertise, they are super fast too.
