Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
Working with Adam Wright in the service center has been an absolute joy. He is attentive to our needs, and communicates with us every step of the way. We are VW customers for life, or as long as he stays with VW.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.

Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.

We are very happy with our purchase experience. Sean, his manager, and Chris in finance, did everything they could to get the deal done for us. This is our second Hyundai purchase so we knew what we wanted. Stevinson Hyundai deserves a 5 star rating because of how well their customer service is! It was my 2nd time buying a car but my first time financing a car. Everyone at Stevinson Hyundai made it a very easy, smooth, and fun experience. I went there hoping to take home my dream car and they made that happen with no problem. Being a young adult with no credit history I was very doubtful about being able to walk away with the car, but that didn't propose an issue. Do to the commitment of the wonderful employees at Stevinson Hyundai they didn't stop until they could make it work. They did everything they could do to get me the best deal possible. After the car was purchased, the finance manager Chris Tracey still continued to go out of his way to personally help me out by getting me a better interest rate to save me money! Chris was also considerate enough to take the time to explain to me more efficient ways to build my credit! You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants what's best for them! Davis Walker was an absolute pleasure to do business with! I called him to let him know I was interested in the car and when I came by to look at it he had it all ready to look at and test drive. Not to mention had it completely detailed and washed. Davis made the initial process very enjoyable and easy! Chris and Davis displayed great customer service and care. All the members of the team at Stevinson Hyundai were fantastic. After my 1998 Nissan Sentra went down hard, I went to Stevinson looking for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that hadn't actually reached their lot yet, and Davis presented a better deal in a 2016 Hyundai GT Elantra hatchback (that hadn't yet gone through the pre-certification check). I took a test drive and loved it. I was on a short timetable with the school year quickly approaching, and they made sure the car was ready by the beginning of the next week. The entire team's integrity was obvious and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the transaction. Thanks to Stevinson Hyundai for an awesome buying experience!
Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
Mike Ward is currently building brand mew facilities that should rate an excellent rating. Our salesman was Tom Von Bank. He was very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Overall, Tom provided us with an enjoyable car buying experience.
