I inquired with J&M on a Lincoln. Michael was easy to work with, the fixed price model makes the process easy. I reserved the car with a small deposit, then changed my mind and I was refunded within 24 hours of asking. Clear communication all the way through and good service. Didn't do business but would still recommend them

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

CarMax West 104th Ave review
Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!

I left grinning in my new 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer after a refreshingly straightforward visit to check out the car I was interested in buying. Ahmad guided the test drive, answered every question without pressure, and had the Trailblazer spotless and ready to go by the time I rolled up to check it out. Paperwork and financing were wrapped up fast. Within about 3 and half hours I was on the highway home in my new 2025 Chevy trailblazer activ! - highly recommend their team.

The entire process from making a phone call after picking the vehicle up was professional I was out the door quickly with an awesome vehicle. Aaliyah lead the scene with great information on my questions. Emmanuel followed up with quick numbers and helped out tremendously. The dealer warranty options offered take the pressure of buying a used vehicle. Highly recommend!

Leased an Infiniti QX65 for an amazing deal. Mostly dealt with Jeremy and everything was done electronically before even stepping into the store. Once I arrived, all the paperwork was ready, I signed a few things and left with my new car. I spent a total of 10min inside the dealer. Easiest dealership experience ever. Highly recommend, these guys are straightforward, no games.
