I drove up and got to work with Ross immediately and I was very pleased with his service from the first moment I met him and he went beyond what the last two months have offered me of constant car searching with disappointment followed by disappointment. He was so nice to work with and a real concerned gentleman, someone you would rather call a friend than a salesman. Ruth was a lot of personality and gave it to me straight as I was over extending myself it appears and worked with me on a deal. I have not yet closed the deal because I am in decisive but overall I am happy with what was offered from Ross and crew. I recommend this dealership and it is a great environment where I had no pressure.

After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. My salesman Vern Petrea Jr. went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features on my new purchase. I showed up on a motorcycle and the weather was getting bad before I went to pick up my new car ,and Vern went out of his way to come to my house and pick me up , and bring me in to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. I wanted to say that I really appreciated the way he conducted himself. There was no hi pressure sales and I think I tested 7-8 used cars and he took the time to make sure that I knew about each vehicle..He was very professional and courteous in every way. I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!

We've been doing a lot of searching for just the right vehicle for our college age son who will be starting an internship soon. While searching online I found a Jeep that seemed perfect. So I completed the online request for info. I was pleasantly shocked to receive an email almost immediately on a Sunday afternoon. John was so easy to work with. He made my son feel at ease while there alone and was waiting for my arrival knowing my first name. Little details that make you feel important. Fred did an excellent job of explaining the financial side of the transaction. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. And here's the best part... they let Matt drive off with the vehicle to get to class on time before I'd even signed the paperwork.
