2021 Jeep Gladiator review
Mojave trim gives a smooth ride. A big improvement over the 2012 Rubicon Unlimited that I had. 17-18 mpg around suburbs and 20-21 on trips. At 13,000 miles no reliability issues. 8-Speed transmission coupled with the 3.6 v6 works well. Great in SNOW. Recommend the AWD optional transfer case.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !

Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep review
I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!

My experience started off on a rough note. My new truck was delivered missing a passenger-side mirror, and I had to make multiple trips back to the dealership during the first week of ownership. There were also a few additional issues that needed to be addressed, and I was frustrated by some of the communication throughout the process. That said, the dealership listened to my concerns and made a genuine effort to make things right. They repaired all of the issues with the truck, provided a loaner while the repairs were being completed. I appreciated that they took my feedback seriously and were willing to work with me rather than dismiss my concerns. No one wants to spend the first week with a brand new vehicle making return trips to the dealership, but I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business stands behind its customer. While I wish the delivery experience had gone more smoothly, I’m thankful they followed through and made the effort to restore my confidence in both the truck and the dealership.

2022 Jeep Gladiator review
This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
Love this truck/Jeep! I moved from a SUV to this Gladiator and have never looked back! I have not found anything that I cannot do! If you have any sort of lift, have the fasteners checked every 30,000 miles. Just a FYI, I speak from experience.
