Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

INFINITI of Grand RapidsReviews
INFINITI of Grand Rapids review
I brought my vehicle into Infiniti of Grand Rapids last week for the 10,000-mile service and was very pleased with the work done by Yomani and his service team. They got my car in quickly and updated me on the status throughout the day. The team completed the maintenance inspection and all recommended maintenance in a timely manner. They changed the oil and filter, flushed the brake fluid, checked the tire pressure and condition, and inspected the brakes. My vehicle runs great after the service and I appreciate the professional and friendly experience from the Infiniti of Grand Rapids staff. Yomani and his technicians do quality work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family needing service or maintenance on their vehicles.

Tom Wood SubaruReviews
Tom Wood Subaru review
I bought my 2023 Crosstrek from Tom Wood in February 2026. The experience was great, start to finish. Then, in early October I had a leak in my tire. When I went to another shop closer to my house - I learned one of the lug nuts was cross threaded and caused the stud to break. I contacted Tom Wood because that was the last place that touched the lugnuts. They got me right in, provided a loaner car, and took care of the problem. I am a very happy Tom Wood Subaru customer!
2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I love so much Jeep cars and they are reliable and heavy duty, my concern is about lights I offen replace them, oil cooling system, shocks and water circulation. Other that this is a number 1 car. I love it.

Sheehy Ford of AshlandReviews
Sheehy Ford of Ashland review
Allen Johnson at Sheehy got us a great deal on our Bronco. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very flexible with his schedule. The only gripe we had is that our windshield got a crack within the first week, which apparently is somewhat common with Broncos. We had seen where other dealerships had repaired the windshield in these circumstances, but Sheehy was not interested. Initially they offered to help get us a windshield replacement price at their negotiated cost, but then they never provided that offer. Love the car!

I went down looking for a new truck and talked with Blake as we have for our last four vehicles purchased at Stephens. Blake showed us what he had, let us test drive it and finalized the deal. We had our new truck the next day. No haggling, no pressure just pleasant to do business with. We will keep coming back.

PLATINUM AUTO SALES review
we drove all the way from South Carolina to buy a diesel BMW wagon, Victor and the team was very nice to us from the start. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion, and I’m very happy with the condition of the vehicle and service. I received a lot better than most big box chains out there
2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. Auto start and heated seats will surely be welcomed as winter can hit hard here in the midwest. So far, the best car I've had, and I've had a lot over the last 55 years!

Furnace Brook MotorsReviews
Furnace Brook Motors review
My new car journey started with submitting an online inquiry about the Rav 4 I was interested in. I received a call that morning from Jake. He was very upfront with everything he thought should be mentioned including faded paint on the driver's side that the listing photos did not show. I drove 3.5 hours to see the car and test drive it. My mechanic sister asked for a jack to raise the car up and check suspension, etc and Jake was beyond accommodating. Some items to fix were requested after the test drive, and Jake wrote everything down that was needed. He kept me updated regularly on the progress and had the car ready to go in a few days. When I picked up the car, he again accommodated my mechanic verifying the work was done before I signed papers. Jake is pleasant to work with, courteous, respectful, and shows great integrity with not trying to hide any vehicle flaws. There is no pressure to buy. Shopping for a used vehicle can be stressful and worrisome as you never know what you're getting. With Furnace Brook Motors, you can buy with confidence.

Sean was a fantastic guy to deal with. He went above and beyond what I expected especially since I'm an East coast purchaser and had to ship the vehicle. Great experience!

Staff was friendly and I got helped fairly quickly. The only complaint was that I was told the oil change would take about an hour, but it took a little over an hour and a half.

Auto House Motors review
Although I did not end up purchasing a car through Auto House Motors, my experience of this dealership, particularly Ahmad and Tariq was outstanding! I came away with the feeling that they were interested in selling me a vehicle but more importantly they were genuinely committed to knowing and meeting my needs! Charles B.

INFINITI of BoerneReviews
INFINITI of Boerne review
Heather is a true gem as the salesperson who sold my dream car to me. The entire process was smooth, easy, effortless while sprinkled with respect and humor. The dealership's environment was almost zen like as voices were calm and salesmen walked with quiet intention, not stressed busyness. Even the financial officer was personable and relaxed. It was the best car buying experience I ever had plus I got a great deal. Would highly recommend.
