This was the best experience EVER buying a vehicle. Giving Megi kudos doesn't even touch the surface of how great she is. Talked with her on a Tuesday, she listened, she heard and she conquered. Had my vehicle on Friday and it was exactly what I wanted to the T. Megi rocks, she is top notch. I would recommend her and HM Brown over and over. Thank you Megi you are wonderful!

Berkenkotter Motors Castle RockReviews
Berkenkotter Motors Castle Rock review
This was one of the best buying experiences that I've had with a dealership. I was an out of state buyer (San Diego) looking to purchase a 2014 E350 wagon that Berkenkotter had listed. I worked with Cameron over text message/email to discuss the car and negotiate the price. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to work with. We came to an agreement, and I was able to book my flight out and come to the dealership. Cameron started the paperwork prior to my flight so that things would be ready to go when I arrived. The car was exactly as presented in the listing. During the test drive, the battery on the car did die, but I was able to get it restarted and back to the dealership. Cameron had the shop test the battery quickly, turned out to be needing a replacement and they threw in a new one for me. Finished the paperwork and then drove the 1100 miles back to San Diego. I would absolutely recommend working with Berkenkotter Motors, great staff and very friendly. Excellent pricing as well. Shout out to Alan and Wade who were also there when I purchased and were part of the experience.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This dealership has always dealt fair and honestly with our family. We bought our new Dodge Durango from them a few months age. We noticed one tail light was getting water in it. They promptly ordered another one for it, called us to let us know when it came in, and replaced it the same day. Great service that is rarely seen these days!

She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

I had Graham Goguen as my sales rep and Beth Deming as the finance manager. The search for the right car at the right price went smoothly and quickly, and everyone I worked with was kind and understanding. Really happy with my new car
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Matt and Trey went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for me to bring my GR86 home. Since we were in different states, there was an added layer of complexity, but they rocked it and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2023 Audi Q5 from Kevin at EchoPark! From start to finish, Kevin Schwandt was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Kevin Schwandt was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel pressured. His excellent customer service and genuine personality made the experience even better. I absolutely love my new Audi and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.
