Westside ToyotaReviews
Westside Toyota review
My salesman, Kyle Mellen, at Westside Toyota was absolutely amazing! I was going through a difficult situation trying to find a car, and from the very beginning, he listened, understood my needs, and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Kyle was professional, kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. He consistently went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, keep me informed, and make sure my needs were met every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with him and truly appreciate everything he did for me. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, I highly recommend asking for Kyle at Westside Toyota. I would absolutely recommend both Kyle and the dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bedford review
Ms Stevenson was excellent starting out conversations through email to schedule a time to come in. Torres took extremely great care of my family through all of the stages. Ben and Dom were extremely helpful during the paperwork stages and dealing with negotiations. Julia was fast and efficient with the end stages. Sue was also great. I'm extremely happy we got the deal done and the wife more so!

Next Step Auto Sales LLC review
I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!

Even though I bought the car as is I started hearing something from the back wheels so I gave them a call. Thet told me no problem just bring it over and they wll take a look. Their mechanic checked it out and thank God it wasnt nothng serious. They got it fixed up in like 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I really appreciate when people take care of you like that, especially after the sale. Much respect to Manny for helping me out!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Brian and the team at ARJ were not only easy to deal with (not your typical pushy salesperson), but showcased the upmost honor and integrity one could ever expect from a used car dealership. Thank you so much ARJ and a special shout out to Brian (salesman)!

Great customer service got me in and out in a timely manner and made my first vehicle buying experience amazing. The vehicle was used but drives like it’s brand new from them doing service on every vehicle
2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Nick Abraham Auto MallReviews
Nick Abraham Auto Mall review
I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Thank you Nick Abraham Ford….Thank you Nick!!

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! The sales team was very helpful and made the buying process very quick and stress free. Definitely recommend. If you check this dealer out make sure to ask for Richard or Tre!

Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc.Reviews
Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc. review
We buy a new vehicle for personal or business use about once a year. We usually go to the big dealerships but happened to find a vehicle at this location. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Not only was JR friendly and helpful, but he was the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with a dealership. Without me even asking, he pointed out the finance charges and what would be the total amount of interest paid if we went the term of the loan. No other sales person has ever done that, because they don’t want you to see how much money you’re paying in interest. Although I was well aware of what the interest amount would be, I didn’t expect to hear it from my sales person, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they weren’t trying to hide anything. I searched from Cleveland to canton and they had the best price by far on my vehicle. We will definitely be checking here first for every vehicle purchase in the future!
