Napleton Palatine HyundaiReviews
Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Fair Oaks FordReviews
Fair Oaks Ford review
Our experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln was exceptional. Robert, our sales representative, is a dictionary of insight into the Lincoln brand and capabilities. We were able to do a lot of the prerequisite work via phone - we live out of state -- and secure the deal in person. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend the team at Fair Oaks.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

My car salesman Lanny Lancaster did a phenomenal job! He made the experience stress free for my very stressed out self! He made sure that my car had everything a girl could dream off! From the moment I walked in, Lanny went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He made buying a car feel exciting and not stressful at all. His great personality really stood out and made the whole experience better. I would highly recommend Lanny Lancaster!

Hawk CDJRReviews
Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Five stars isn’t enough. My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Asher, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. The entire process moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. In fact, when we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. He was gracious, appreciative, and genuinely thankful for our business. We arrived hoping to buy a vehicle. We left with a beautiful new Jeep, a great deal, and a level of confidence in the dealership that is increasingly rare today. Marino didn’t just sell us a car; they reminded us what great customer service looks like. This is how car buying should be.

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!
2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have had a 2011, 2014 and 2022 Grand Cherokee prior to this 2025. All 3 were excellent and trouble free. This 2025 with 22,000 miles is the best one yet. Smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive, especially on long trips.

Chris does an outstanding job every time I visit. He is very accommodating and always aware of my needs and my time. Only place I service all my vehicles (3) and drive 30 minutes even though there are 2 Chevy dealers much closer.

I purchased mine back in September. It’s much roomier than the Acura RDX I had. It rides smooth and extremely comfortable. Nice and roomy for road trips.

Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Golf Mill ChevroletReviews
Golf Mill Chevrolet review
I recently assisted my daughter and her husband in purchasing a new Chevy Trax at Golf Mill Chevrolet and it was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. I worked for GM for 31 years and purchased many, many new GM vehicles and again this was one of the best ever purchase experiences!! Bill S
2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

I heard Marino bought Mike Anderson Chevy. I was in the market to trade in my old Chevy, so I reached out to JC who sold me my wife’s Jeep. He told me he worked at both dealerships so I made an appointment with him at the Chevy dealership. He had everything lined up for when I got there and made the process easy. I would recommend JC to anyone that is going to buy a car at either of the Marino dealerships.

Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I highly recommend checking them out for your next car purchase.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.
