Used Jeep Renegade for sale near Addison, IL

Went in on Saturday and sat across from Mike in sales. I knew what I wanted. They had it. And offered it at a fair price. After the test drive he ran some high level financing numbers and we agreed on an overall purchase price and my trade in price. But before we agreed I told him I want to be OUT THE DOOR ASAP. No extra conversations. No additional warranty sales pitches from finance. Let’s get this done. Scott the manager came over and told me he’d do everything he could to expedite the process from this point forward but they were pretty busy (being Saturday). All said and done they’d washed the car, put in some more gas, sync’d my phone to the car, and ordered a vial of touch up paint while I did the paperwork with the finance guy. Like promised -in and out in about 90 minutes total. Very happy and would recommend the whole team!

I have a 2021 Jeep renegade that I bought in November 2023 for $24,000 and change. It had 4400 miles on it. Of course, at first, I loved it. The auto four-wheel-drive, the big screen navigation /stereo system. the fact that the back seats lay down. If you take the headrests off, they lay flat. Then I drove it for awhile and here is the lists of ‘add ons’ it should have. 1)The door pockets up front are just to small. 2) The center arm rest console could be bigger. 3) The dash is too deep. Jeeps dash should be shorter, like a truck. 4) The seats should have seat warmers (even my old Nissan Juke had seat warmers) 5) The hatchback has no interior light so in the dark, you need a flashlight to look for things, remove groceries etc. 6) There is space for a spare tire but since this edition came with ‘flat free’ tires (idk the actual name for them) that space could have been made larger for storage. 7) When the back seats are up, the storage behind them is very small and limited. I realize this is a smaller SUV but I expected a larger space back there. 8) I have almost 14,000 Miles on it now as of 7/27/2024. I do feel the transmission either slip or shift sometimes. 9) It took me over a month to learn that if the car is cold, it will not start unless your seat belt is buckled. That’s a fact. 10) It handled the very very well in the devastating ice storm that payed a 1/2 inch layer all over the Pacific Northwest last winter. That auto 4 wheel drive truly works! 11) I had to buy seat belt extensions for the back seats as It was difficult to engage the seat belts into the locking belt.. It sits deep into the seat and I have grandchildren who like to lock thier own belts in. They can be found for sale at most Auto Stores for around $20 each. I recommend you get them. That’s about it. Overall, I love my Jeep Renegade. I think the price is very high considering the items missing but overall, I am going this will last me a good 10-20 yrs…

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package

Great little vehicle for the money. Good amount of space inside, easy on gas and fun to drive. Can park anywhere! It could do with a little more power but it does fine as is. This is my third Renegade I have owned and I love it. I will buy another one for sure!!

The three years I had this car, I didn’t run into any major issues. The Uconnect radio that Chrysler uses could be better but other than that it was a C great suv to me!

I’ve bought 3 renegades,2019,2020 and currently have 2021, 70k miles on all 3 before trading in for another and never had any problems. Didn’t need to do brakes or tires at 70k! Very reliable . Love it!

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I have had my Renegade for a year now and have had no problems, I knew when I bought it that it is no muscle car but I don't mind. I love the outward visibility and the ease of parking. I haven't taken it off road and don't for sure know if I will but it has handled snow fairly well.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I dislike buying vehicles a lot, but this was a pleasure working with Michael and everyone at Tasca Chevrolet. Exceptional customer service from the Person answering the phones to the final pay for signing in the finance office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know regarding buying a Vehicle.

I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. Interior is absolutely beautiful. Still a big enough vehicle that it doesn’t feel like a regular sized car but not a huge suv. Still a gas guzzler though.

Comfortable ride, I enjoy the driving experience. Although not the greatest gas mileage, it is fun to drive. I am waiting to drive it in the snow.

This was my first time visiting the new stand alone Genesis dealership down the street from the previous Hyundai/Genesis dealership. The experience and customer service were night and day in comparison. Adam was professional and courteous along with the rest of the staff. At the previous dealership, it was a playground up to and including witnessing a profanity laced fight in front of the entire waiting room between a sales person giving a test drive with a potential customer and a porter that cut him off. I came in for routine maintenance as well as an inspection to a couple of issues I was continuing to have in which the old dealership could not supposedly find after numerous attempts with the other most likely caused by them when I had to return twice for a recall. Adam called a few hours later with a find and fix for both issues with no warranty coverage haggling. I've always loved my Genesis but I would NEVER go through the previous dealership no matter how many times they harassed me with daily calls, emails, and texts (true story). I absolutely will go through Aurora Genesis when I'm ready for a new one!

Up until recently it has been a very reliable car good on gas very comfortable and very stylish but now but now it's starting to stall out install out that's not good go to see the dealer on Tuesday see if they can fix they can fix it I understand there's a recall outhe recall out on certain parts

I've owned a 2017 Renegade Latitude 2.4L FWD, a 2019 Renegade Latitude 2.4L FWD, and now a 2022 Renegade Altitude 1.3L 4WD and I've loved them all. The only issue I have is the performance. They could use a little more power to merge and be a little less of a target on the road. Other than that, it's a great vehicle I've had zero complaints and any small issues I've had have been addressed promptly and not returned.

The River Front service team took care of me straight away with the express oil change. I was also informed that a recall update was required for my vehicle.

Fog lights go out then they come back on sometimes one light stays on or it goes out paint has bad spots how long is paint warranty on the keep

This vehicle does everything I want it to, and more.! So far I am more than pleased with it. Nice looking, nice option package, comfortable ride for a smaller vehicle.. Nice ride.!

This 🚗 is 👌 i brought with 1400 miles and its 2500 and oil stays same i checked it nice ride 2.4 engine is fast nice 9 gear speed 22 mpg i drive to work averaday let's see what happens next

they were very patient did not push me into anything the service was quick the only thing they talked me into was a extended warranty.. hope I never need it and hope it is as good as they say Enjoy

The Jeep Renegade is very comfortable to drive, the seats are able to pull forward and push back to make it a comfortable driving experience for any size/ height. The interior design is beautifully rugged. This will not be my last JEEP purchase, for sure.
