EchoPark Automotive Thornton review
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2023 Audi Q5 from Kevin at EchoPark! From start to finish, Kevin Schwandt was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. Kevin Schwandt was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel pressured. His excellent customer service and genuine personality made the experience even better. I absolutely love my new Audi and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

We waited for our kids to get their driving chops so we can purchase the car we've wanted for a few years. Extremely happy with it. Car had all the upgrades we were planning on doing ourselves and is a joy to get in (feel like a kid with a new license).

Alpine Buick GMCReviews
Alpine Buick GMC review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Alpine Buick! JJ worked incredibly hard to get me into a vehicle, even though I have challenged credit and had just started a new job. I honestly wasn’t sure it would be possible, but he never gave up. The team got me approved and into a brand-new, reliable, and honestly pretty sexy vehicle with very little red tape. JJ and Gloria both stayed well past closing, and they never once made me feel rushed. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. After the sale, Gloria had to make a few adjustments to the paperwork. Her communication was excellent, she responded quickly, and we had everything taken care of within minutes. This level of customer service is hard to find. JJ has absolutely earned our family’s business, and he’s already working on finding the perfect vehicle for my husband. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Alpine Buick—and especially JJ and Gloria—highly enough!

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
I was car shopping for a few months and found a pre-owned SUV at Groove Toyota. I called the dealership and salesman, Daniel Bailey answered. We set a time in an hour and when I arrived Daniel had both SUVs I inquired about, up front, washed/detailed and ready to test drive. First, I hate going to car dealerships and it's a stressful situation I try to avoid but Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. I've been in sales for over 26 years and I appreciate a good salesperson who doesn't make you feel like you're just a # or that is overly aggressive. Daniel asked great questions up front to ensure he was providing good service and not wasting my time. He cared about what I was looking for and what was important to me. I felt like he was listening and seeking to understand vs just selling me. I really appreciated that. I left that afternoon, torn on what I was going to do, as I had a couple of SUVs I was interested in at other dealerships, but in the end I came back to Groove Toyota because of Daniel. We made the sale on a busy Saturday and he stuck by my side through the entire process, which included me trading in my truck. To the management at Groove, you may have 80+ salespeople fighting for a sale, but it's the ones like Daniel who build loyalty out of customers like me by treating people with respect. Daniel represents your dealership with integrity and character, and these are qualities you just can't teach, but should appreciate.

Sales professional Michael Fresquez was friendly, able to answer questions promptly and all without pressure of making the sale. I would certainly consider buyers my from them again. It was a pleasure working with Michael on finalizing the deal on my Ram 3500 Limited purchase and LOVE IT!!!

Groove Toyota review
Went to Groove Toyota to just look at new hybrid Toyota SUVs and met Mike Goodoe. Mike listened to the need/preference and offered some model options. Joe Swonger stepped in seamlessly and we took a demo drive with a used, low mileage Rav 4. Joe explained unique features of the Rav4 and provided a comparison to the new Highlanders (my original thought for a new vehicle). I was convinced that the used Rav4 would be the best option! Joe walked me through all the final steps and closed the sale. He and Mike also delivered the car to our home. Joe and Mike were both very easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up to make sure this was the right deal. Thank you, Groove Toyota for the great customer service, value, and product.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Ricky in sales was amazing, easy to deal with, I told him what I needed and he took care of it without a bat of an eye!! I will refer anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ricky Pim. Thank you guys!! you are the best! PS - Finance guy, equally as great!! Jersey!
2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Jenna Allen made deciding on buying an Acura (MDX) an enjoyable experience. She was so knowledgeable, genuine, and truly helpful. I didn’t feel pressured, just felt she gave lots of good information. She showed me different cars and answered my questions so a decision came easily. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful.

I would suggest going with Kevin C. and NO ONE ELSE! He is professional, not pushy and been selling cars for 25 years. This place is great, partly because of Kevin.

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.
