He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
I am a very loyal buyer and decided to switch to Zimmer for my purchase. Decision so far is great - the entire process was much better than expected. The entire staff including Charlie Bisang, Shawn Moore and Tony Fritsch was fantastic! They were all friendly, courteous and straight forward. Highly recommended!
While out Black Friday shopping we decided to stop and just look; we were not planning on buying until spring. We found 2 vehicles that we really liked and decided to get more information. Cameron pulled both cars sided by side so that we could compare. After driving and having our questions answered, we decided to get numbers. Cameron was able to give us a deal we couldn't pass on it plus there was no pressure to buy. Cam made the buying process so easy. We would definitely buy from Cameron and Zimmer again!
I hit a deer with my old vehicle, so I need a new vehicle with a very quick turnaround. I called Cam and told him my parameters. He found five cars that would fit my criteria. I could only come in on Friday afternoon, so he came in on HIS DAY OFF to help me. We looked over the vehicles, I chose two finalists. He gave me the prices and I selected one. No haggling. I was out the door about an hour later.
Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me.

Joe was our salesman and was great to work with. The process was quick and easy to purchase a vehicle. Joe explained what the vehicle looked like before I drove 50 miles to Cincinnati and when I arrived it exceeded my expectations.
