My service advisor was Diego Carrillo. Diego was very polite, well spoken. He answered all my questions and supplied a quote for future repairs. The dealer is very clean and a relaxed atmosphere. And very good coffee at no charge. Thank you
2024 Kia Forte review
I do like my car, but the seats are not comfortable. I HATE the head rests. I don't understand why they have to be so pushed forward, causing pain in the neck and the back to slouch. I had to buy a cushion to keep my back and neck straight. I also don't like the curved seats. They make it difficult to easily and quickly get out of the car. The problem is worse now that I'm pregnant. The car itself is great, but we spend so much time in the seats, why can't they be made comfortable?

It's too soon to tell how reliable this car will be in the future. However, at just one-month-old, it fits all my wants and desires. I love the interior, its comfort, and the extras that are in this car. The controls on the steering wheel make it safer while driving. The navigation system replaces all maps that I have on my phone and it helps to have the speed limit posted on the navigation read-out. This is my fourth Kia and I have never been disappointed.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

The salesman Dylan was very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He made me and my family feel at ease and made the process effortles. He got us into a great vehicle and we appreciate that. This was the 3rd dealership we visited that day and as soon as we arrived we knew this place was different and we felt comfortable. I highly recommend coming here. Awesome service and great vibes

Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Castle Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Chevrolet GMC review
Buying my Camaro from Castle Chevrolet in McHenry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I worked with Eric Loredo, who set the tone by doing a full virtual walk around and video of the car before I arrived, answering all my questions in real time. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. Eric and the entire Castle team reminded me that buying a car doesn’t have to be a battle. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Hello, how are you all doing today? I would like to say that it was a pleasure calling this Heller Motors dealership today, 10/17/2025, specifically because of Mr. Don, who didn’t hide any information from me and was 100% honest with me the entire time. It is an honor to work with such a kind and honest Heller Motors dealership, and I would like to give my thanks to Mr. Don for helping me out a ton. I did not purchase the truck yet, but I will, but I have to say this about this dealership and Mr. Don

Fast and friendly service. I've never owned a Toyota before. They took time to explain my features of my car even though I didn't purchase the vehicle there.

Anthony greeted me in the parking lot and was friendly and professional. He quickly brought the car out that I wanted to see. Negotiations were very fair and the paperwork was done in a timely maner. I love my new/pre-owned HyundaiTucson. Thank you Anthony and the team! I'll see you again when I need my next vehicle.

Went in to test drive a Mazda CX 7 and Mourice was the sales associate we worked with. He had the car ready to go for us. He was also very helpful and was the first salesman I have ever liked. He was extremely kind and caring. I would recommend this dealership and Mourice 100%.

Zeigler Toyota of Racine review
Fantastic experience with Ziegler Toyota! I called 10 dealerships looking for a RAV4 and Ziegler won my business. My sales agent, LeeAnn was a pleasure to work with! I put down my deposit and within a week she had an allocation RAV4 reserved for me. She kept in contact throughout the process, keeping me informed of my options. I truly felt LeeAnn was in my corner and gave me exceptional customer service. She gave personalized attention and worked hard to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted! I will buy my next vehicle with LeeAnn. I had a 4 hour drive each way to accept delivery, but the long drive was totally worth it. Ziegler was able to get me the hardest to get vehicle on the market right now in a very reasonable time, where my local dealer told me 4-8 months. So glad I called around and trusted Ziegler and LeeAnn with my business. Highly recommend Ziegler Toyota! Honest and transparent. The entire experience was a pleasure. Love my new RAV4 and my positive experience with Ziegler Toyota in Racine, WI.
