I had another exceptional experience, purchasing a new vehicle from Billy Brown and his team at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. Cristian Turcios was my sales consultant and took great care of explaining the nuances between the different Kia Optima Trims. Although, I already knew that I wanted to replace my "old" Kia Optima EX with a newer model Optima. Unfortunately, I got myself a little lost in all the options each trim offered. I kept asking detailed questions on each different price point of both the EX and SX models, which Cristian explained in great detail without pushing me into a certain model or hurrying me to get to the next customer. I was impressed by his patience and determination to explain everything to my satisfaction.
I experienced the same courtesy and professionalism from Derek Boateng, the Business Manager when he explained the advantages and/or disadvantages of the many financial options available to me. He also took great care to make the financing process simple and easy, ensuring I won't have to be inconvenienced by having to register the car myself or going to the DMV for any reason at all.
After all the papers were signed and I had the keys in my hand, the "details guy" Derrick Ice, took me to my new car and explained all the new electronic options (gadgets) that come with the new models, before sending me off with a full tank of gas and a complimentary carwash. He also helped me pair the car's blue-tooth with my cell phone before I departed.
I was lucky to have purchased my vehicle over Memorial Day weekend, as Kia offered a multitude of financial incentives. But Billy Brown, the General Manager at Ourisman Chantilly Kia, took it a step further and offered additional incentives that made the purchase even better. Billy was also willing to take time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me and explained the financial options offered between financing and/or leasing the vehicle of my choice and which of those may be better for me.
I don't typically purchase a new car the same day I walk into a dealership. I actually started the "research process" of the different options and trims on each vehicle a couple months ago. There was one more representative that went out of his way to answer the multitude of questions I had via many, many emails - Felton Worrell. He kept in touch with me via email and provided detailed answers to every possible question I could come up with. Unfortunately, Felton was not available when I finally came to the dealership to make my purchase. Nevertheless, I was impressed by Felton's dedication to answer every question to my satisfaction.
Ultimately, I am very impressed by the professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction by the whole Ourisman Chantilly Kia Team. I will definitely return to purchase my next Kia from this outstanding team!
