I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.

I purchased a KIA Sportage from Beth in June of this year. Unfortunately, the next morning, as I was bringing the check to the dealership-right in front of the dealership- someone rear ended my brand new car. Beth came out, showed her concern for me first, and then proceeded to take care of insurance arrangements, getting me a free rental car, and setting me up with the body shop.
The body shop did an excellent job on the Sportage. As time went on and I and my wife thought more and more about what happened, we could not separate the accident from the car in our mind. Consequently we began to think about possibly replacing the Sportage. I called Beth and she proceeded to work up several possibilities. I was not sure anything could be done with so new a car and in light of the accident. Beth went so far as to help me take a new 2019 KIA Forte to my house for my wife to test drive. We were very pleased with the Forte and more than pleased with the deal Beth was able to put together.

After a lousy experience at Ganley Hyundai, I decided to try my luck at Marhofer Hyundai. I am glad I did as Brent was an outstanding sales person who was not pushy and explained everything upfront and honestly. I didn't have to worry about a condescending sales manager and I even got a slightly upgraded version of the car I was looking for at a cheaper price than at Ganley. Brent has checked in a few times since I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well and I appreciate that. We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. I stopped in to Medina Auto Mall.. Right from the beginning they were very friendly and answered all my questions. Me and my wife ended up buying a used van and we would definitely shop there again.
I had been looking for a particular type of car online and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at Peak Auto Sales. The only problem was that I live in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Burt and he was extremely accommodating in all respects to help me to feel comfortable with buying a car from out of state. When I was ready to move forward Burt even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived on-site the whole team was great to work with including Burt, Matt, and Chris. They had all of the paperwork ready so that I could get in and out quickly and on the road to Wisconsin. When I got home I realized that in the rush I had forgotten the spare key at the dealership and they offered to FedEx it to me at no cost! If given the opportunity again, I would certainly purchase a vehicle from Peak Auto Sales.
