Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy)Reviews
CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
2024 Kia Seltos review
I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

My experience purchasing my new Subaru was fantastic. My sales person Anastasia was amazing. She was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my first new car purchase. Her knowledge not only about the car but her ability to speak English, Russian and Ukrainian was very valuable to me as English is not my first language. I would recommend her and your dealership to any of my friends and family who would be interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the future. Thank you for making my first purchase so comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

This was the best experience in all our years of car shopping. Otto B. was very professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained the entire car buying experience to us. His patience is very commendable. Since the purchase he has reached out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Our daughter will purchase a car, within the next few months, and we have praised Otto. Thanks again for a job well done.

Willowbrook Ford Kia review
We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.
2024 Kia Seltos review
Honestly, I was skeptical about the Seltos. I initially wanted the Sorento, but happy that we decided on the Seltos. Absolutely love this SUV. It’s an amazing car for the cost and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. Features that come with it are amazing! I have the “S” model and it is packed with some really neat and convenient features that meet all the needs.

The staff at Rosen Kia were excellent. Sherri who was my initial contact was very responsive to my texts and not at all pushy. Nate, our salesman was enthusiastic and polite. The sales manager was transparent about pricing. It was a good experience. And we are delighted with our purchase.

Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa review
During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.
