My sales person, Justin Peters, was amazing!!! I went to several dealerships and test drove various vehicles and had awful experiences at each one. Nice salespeople, but pushy managers trying to get me to buy that day (and being kinda rude about it) made me feel uncomfortable and not willing to spend my money at their dealerships. Not Justin though! Justin and his manager Felicia were top notch and not pushy or sales-y at all! Justin was so kind, clear and concise with his information and help. He answered all my questions patiently and did not rush me in my test drive or the purchase process. I asked not to receive phone calls, only texts, and both Justin and Felicia honored that. I felt very seen and heard in my car buying needs which is why I ultimately went back to Hyundai AutoNation and purchased my new SUV. The purchase process took some time (if you think you will be in and out in 30 minutes, you are just kidding yourself) but I was so happy to drive away in my new car. Even after the purchase, Justin checked up with me in a kind and respectful way. I honestly would recommend him and Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. We still own the 2017 Kia Sorento, and have it listed for 13,750 dollars on the Cars.com site. Given the engine improvements, it should provide many more miles to the new owner.

2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people,they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.
