I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
Peoria KIA should suggest to customers that they inspect their new vehicle while taking delivery. My vehicle has a dent in the rear that I did not notice because the salesman focused on interior features. That day was hot and humid, very uncomfortable, and the delivery process took place in the hot sun. Earnhardt Hyundai, where I bought a G90 last August, delivers vehicles in a comfortable garage setting while encouraging buyers to inspect their new vehicle. Peoria KIA should do something similar.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for awhile and the dealership had one listed at a reasonable price. I contacted Hal Bliss by phone and set up a time to view the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Hal introduced me to Jordan Stevens to go over the vehicle. Jordan was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I conducted a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle.
I did have a trade in and Hal was able to give me a fair price for. It was close to what I thought it would be worth and it was not worth haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.
Jordan then presented to me the "dealer equipment" that had been added on to the price of the vehicle. Having bought numerous cars from different dealerships during my adult life, I knew this was coming. I was able to remove some. Hal worked with me on the price of others. I believe that I received a fair deal for the car I bought with these added "options".
In the end, I would return to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy another car in the future. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign any paperwork until the deal was done.
This is the second time I have used Chapman for needed repairs on my vehicles and again the service was the best that I have experienced at any dealership or auto repair shop. Leo was able to get
my van in on moments notice, and kept me updated on the process
of the repairs. Again, thank you Leo for great service.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
