I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was greeted by Jackie Guzman. What a pleasure to work with her. She heard what I was saying and went with my wants. She even made it fun. She asked the Sales manager Victor P. to help out. What a good guy. Found me a great Soul gave me a great deal. This dealership let me leave with their car for 3 days because my credit is always kept on freeze. Victor told me when I returned with the Soul if I didn't want it no questions asked, no problem. Well I love my cute car.

Usually after a sale, the salesman is no longer interested (or available) for the problems of his customer. However, I must say Trajce provided EXCELLENT service and care for me dealing with three different problems that I created in the pouring rain on the dealership’s lot, 17 days after the purchase of my new Optima. All ended well as he assured me it would! He was great!
I would have given you a higher score except for one major issue I had with you guys. I received the survey right after picking up my car, which thankfully for you guys got fixed. This I truly appreciated. But for five days straight I received a phone call from you guys after receiving my survey. The phone call was reminding me to take the survey. I can not tell you how annoying it was. I understand you would appreciate my review but calling me continuously is not the way to get me to fill it out. I am not going to stop coming to you guys but I would appreciate if you guys would not do that next time.
Always professional and personable. Prices are higher than other places for services, but for record keeping purposes, I like to stay consistent and get all my services from you. Since my car is getting older, I will eventually go somewhere else for basic needs.
