Most of the process was completed before I even got there which made for a smooth purchase and the price is exactly what I asked for. I appreciate everything they did to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.

I am enjoying my new Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro very much. My old car was a 2010. The technology advances deployed in this vehicle are amazing. I'm still learning all the included options. I highly recommend this vehicle.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. The car is used for commuting and we put over 18,000 miles on our cars per year. After test-driving four vehicles we set our eyes on the Telluride and waited MONTHS for a model to appear. Purchased the car from Nutley Kia (NJ) and had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. We have had the car for 3 weeks now and realize WHY we fell in love with the vehicle, to begin with. We are thankful for KIa and the dealership we dealt with.

Equinox was in for repair from accident. Repairs were expertly done. The color was matched totally. Had to make numerous calls for updates since I never received a call until SUV was ready

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I had the 2022 SX model of the Telluride and loved that car, I thought I would get an even better car in the 2023 but I was wrong. I don't like the fact that they took away some of the choices I loved about the 2022. Let's start with the instrument Cluster, In the 2022 you could change the color of the heads-up display but now white is the only color you can get. The 2022 car the car used to beep if you switch lanes without the tun signal and it would try it's best to keep you in your lane. The 2023 car doesn't not, all it does is vibrate and it doesn't even try to switch you back into your lane. Also the interior lights on the door in the dashboard are minimum at best, It's not as vibrant as it used to be. Also the grill is lack luster and I loved the way the lights on the 2022 were, None of this is a knock on the way the car drives tho. It's still smooth tho. I just like the 2022 version better. Hopefully they come out with an update to improve these things.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.
