2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Had a good time with the old negotiations! Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly! Clean dealership and convenient to our home! Would recommend to family and friends!
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Buchanan KiaReviews
Buchanan Kia review
Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! Thanks for the amazing customer care and service!!
2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Werner Bros Auto SalesReviews
Werner Bros Auto Sales review
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very professional. They offered a fair value for my trade. It was quick and easy to close my transaction and take delivery of my new to me used car. The four stars is due to heavy “dealer fees” and there lack of attempt to remove a heavy cigarette smell from the car and instead place air fresheners throughout the car in an attempt to mask the smell. That being said, there was zero dishonesty. They agreed the car was a “smokers” car. Now with a deep cleaning the smell is almost gone. And it is hot and humid here in Annapolis MD. I would definitely buy from them again should they have a car I am looking for. It was a nice experience and I am enjoying my new to me car. 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK.

Auto Connection of LancasterReviews
Auto Connection of Lancaster review
I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Through an acquaintance, I was hooked up with Jeremy Horst who helped me trick out my new Jeep. I started with a base model 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara JL—I was able to pick out my wheels and then Jeremy guided me with what lift and tires I should add. The entire process was seamless and was actually fun and exciting! Jeremy delivered on his word—a gorgeous Jeep! Thank you Jeremy for all your help and guidance. I would recommend Jeremy and Auto Connection if you are looking for a sweet ride!

Bob Ruth Ford review
From August 5th when I ordered my new 2027 Ford Explorer, until I picked up my new car on October 19th, I was kept well informed of the progress being made in the building of my car. On the day I picked it up, while sitting in the lobby area, every Bob Ruth employee who walked by greeted me and was very friendly. I am very happy with my new car. It is my 3rd Explorer, and I would highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg to anyone!

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Heritage Honda of Westminster review
Our experience with Heritage Honda was OUTSTANDING! From our initial telephone discussions with Sue and Joan, Sales Manager to onsite discussions with Eyoungmbi, we were very pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically, Eyoungmbi in response to family medical needs brought out a 2022 CRV so that we could determine differences between the 2022 and 2025 Honda CRV. Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Upon selection and approval of our Honda CRV Nancy did an excellent job walking us through our warranty options. Our experience with Heritage Honda over 2 days was OUTSTANDING!

Had a great experience at this location. We were interested in a 2022 Wrangler seen on a web sales page. From first contact, everyone was friendly and helpful. Dave T. called me to coordinate a test drive as we live 100 miles from Dillsburg. We were welcomed at the dealership upon arrival. Dave had the vehicle ready for a test drive. We decided to move forward and Dave was very helpful laying out the numbers for us, providing a route to purchase for us. We take delivery in a few days. Overall, a great experience working with Dave Talton and the team at this location.

Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

2011 Kia Soul review
✅ Dependability: Always starts, season or not. ✅ Fuel Efficiency: Far better mileage than my Cadillac. ✅ Spacious Interior: Plenty of room and power for a four-cylinder hatchback. ✅ Good Performance: Surprisingly peppy for its class. ✅ Sound System: Delivers quality audio, enhancing the driving experience. ✅ Ease of Driving: Smooth handling and user-friendly controls. Cons (Potentially): ❌ Theft Risk: Unfortunately, Kia and Hyundai models are frequently targeted. ❌ Lack of Luxury Features: Compared to Cadillac, the Soul may lack premium interior touches. Overall Verdict: The Kia Soul Plus is a fantastic, practical, and budget-friendly car that excels in reliability and efficiency. While it might not match the luxury of your Cadillac ATS, it’s clear that the Soul’s dependability, fuel economy, and practicality make it your go-to vehicle.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!

Heritage Toyota Catonsville review
My service advisor, LR, was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. She made the entire repair process smooth and helped get my car serviced quickly. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely continue coming back to her for my future car services!
2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

My experience with Wendell was nothing short of amazing. He was patient , kind and extremely knowledgeable. He got me into an amazing suv with the exact one I wanted. My process was quick and not dreadful how it can be at other dealerships. I will come back to work with him if and when I need a new vehicle! He was the absolute best

Stoler Chevrolet Buick review
First time to Stoler Automotive and within minutes of walking in to the showroom Thomas was asking if we needed any help. I had 2 trucks in mind and he worked to pull one around as the other was at a different lot. We test drove and decided to purchase and the process just flowed very smoothly. He took care of my wife and I with drinks while we waited for finance actions to complete. We drove home that night in a great new to us truck.
