Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Really appreciated their flexibility in letting me keep my old plates (I had just paid the tabs). I have no hesitation with working with this dealership again in the future.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I have not purchased a car from Poquet (yet anyway), but I have to say the experiences I have had with them have always been tremendous. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff, and first-rate vehicles make this a "must shop" dealership.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Lee (sales rep) & Ben (sales manager) were both amazing to work with. I was very uneasy about the whole car buying process & they worked with me to help me find just what I needed, nothing more. They were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell me. They went out of their way to ensure the car I bought was all fixed up (few minor things noticed while test driving). Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.
