Five stars simply do not do justice to the experience my son and I had with Joey and Morgan. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, dedication, and genuine care that is truly rare. I have been a loyal Jaguar and Land Rover customer for years, so I understand the level of excellence and sophistication that comes with the brand. My son has always admired Jaguar and wanted the opportunity to experience the pride and excitement of owning one himself. Today, that dream became a reality, and Joey and Morgan played an extraordinary part in making it happen. There was a point when my son had completely lost hope that he would be approved for the vehicle he had fallen in love with. Joey and Morgan, however, never gave up. They remained confident, persistent, and committed to finding a way to make it happen. They continued working on the deal, even putting in extra time, until they were able to deliver the answer we were hoping for. They didn't simply make a sale; they created an experience my son will remember for a lifetime. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. At no point did we feel pressured or as though they were simply trying to close a deal. They were transparent, patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping my son achieve something that was very important to him. My son absolutely loves his new Jaguar. In fact, on our way home, he told me that every time I see Joey and Morgan during one of my routine visits, I need to remind them how thankful he is because, in his words, "Without them, I wouldn't have gotten approved." That statement says it all. As a mother, there is something incredibly special about watching your child experience a moment of genuine excitement and accomplishment. Seeing the smile on my son's face when he realized he was actually going home in the Jaguar he had chosen and fallen in love with was priceless. For that moment alone, I will forever be grateful to Joey and Morgan. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would. Five stars simply do not capture the level of service they provided. To anyone considering purchasing a Jaguar or Land Rover and wondering whether you will receive the exceptional experience associated with the brand, I would say: do not hesitate. Joey and Morgan exemplify what outstanding customer service should look like. Their professionalism, determination, honesty, and commitment reflect beautifully on Jaguar and Landrover. I sincerely hope this review reaches Jaguar and Land Rover's corporate leadership, because people like Joey and Morgan deserve to be recognized. They represent the company with distinction, professionalism, and integrity, and they understand that luxury is not simply about the vehicle; it is about the experience, the trust, and the people who make that experience memorable. I had an excellent experience buying my car at Thousand Oaks Mazda. After several frustrating experiences at other dealerships, the entire process here felt refreshingly uncomplicated, straightforward, and pressure-free. Matt was fantastic to work with: friendly, relaxed, accommodating, and never pushy. I felt like I had room to ask questions, think through my options, and make my own decisions rather than being pressured toward a sale. I had a similarly positive experience with the finance department. They clearly explained the optional products available to me, but when I decided which ones I did and didn’t want, there was no hard sell or attempt to make me feel like I was making the wrong decision. I really appreciated being given the information and then allowed to choose for myself. The manager also took the time to check in with me during the process and make sure everything was going well, which was a nice touch. What stood out most was how uncomplicated the whole experience felt. Car buying can be exhausting, and after walking away from three other dealerships because of the way the process was handled, Thousand Oaks Mazda was a huge contrast. Everything felt transparent, respectful, and remarkably free of the usual dealership nonsense. I came in prepared to be cautious and ended up having a genuinely enjoyable buying experience. I would absolutely recommend Thousand Oaks Mazda, and especially Matt, to anyone shopping for a Mazda.

2021 Land Rover Discovery review
The ride, capabilities, comfort and features simply dont exist on any other suv for the money. Ride quality is luscious...yay air suspension. Power is plenty. Quiet as a library with every safety feature..And gas mileage is not bad. Blows away the german or Asian versions at this price.

2017 Land Rover Discovery review
We bought the Discovery is large part due to the towing capacity, 7700 lbs. Of course, being a luxury vehicle was also a big factor. Turns out buying a diesel model was the best decision. On the highway is much better than published. Our Discovery is getting over 30 MPG. The biggest concern is with long term reliability. The Land Rover Forum has quite a few complaints. None by us so far.

2023 Land Rover Discovery review
Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.

2019 Land Rover Discovery review
I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.
