Sheri Stafford was amazing to work with! She's very personable, and prompt at communication. Being out of state, she kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Then once it arrived, she emailed me videos and purchase information so the buying process went smoothly. I flew to Wichita and drove my car back home. When at the dealership I noticed all the employees work so well together to create a great buying experience for their customers. Managers Scott and Erick were super helpful in completing the purchase from the finance side. Thank you!

Toyota of Vero Beach review
Coming into Toyota if Vero is a pleasant experience. You are greeted immediately by everyone that comes in close proximity of me . The entire building is spotless and update with their decor. Beautiful. the service dept is very professional and prompt with their work. . The service employee Bailey met me at my car , took my information and answered all my questions outside of what I was there for. He is very friendly and courteous , didn’t rush me thru my questions. very professional. Thank you Toyota for having someone like Bailey there to assist me. I’ll be back
2021 Lexus RX 350L review
This car meets and exceeds our expectations! When we went looking for a new car, we looked at the luxury version of our existing car. It was fine but, on a lark, we tried the Lexus, which had a higher Consumer Reports score. Sure glad we did. Fell in love with the Lexus and all the luxury features it offers along with the comfort and styling.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!
2019 Lexus RX 350L review
First Lexus I have owned (RX350L--AWD/Premium). Absolute pleasure to drive, smooth riding, very responsive, very quiet, very comfortable, more than enough quick power. Very pleasing to the eye. Third row seating is for small children or pets only but with those seats down there is very decent cargo space which the non-L version doesn't provide. Once familiar with the Remote Touch Interface it is easy to use and not the frustration many reviews suggest and in fact using it one doesn't have the distraction of reaching over to touch a screen. Super nice vehicle. If a bit bigger might live in it.

Hampstead Pre-Owned review
My overall experience at Hampstead Pre-owned was amazing. My sales person was great but taking some time to sit and talk with the manager, Bernard Berry, sealed the deal for me. Mr. Berry was not only professional but super personable and reassuring. Had he not stepped in I probably would have walked away without a car that day. Thank you Mr. Berry and Hampstead Pre-owned!

2020 Lexus RX 350L review
The new 2020 RX 350L is going to hard to beat in it's class for what I need from a car. It's quiet, smooth driving, luxurious and has that silky smooth Lexus transmission. The 3rd row seat is not for adults and best suited for children but I just need it for the space. The seats are comfortable and technology is overwhelming at first. Love the safety features of the new cars.

2019 Lexus RX 350L review
Car is ok but a very expensive Highlander! The same noisy weak highlander engine drivetrain, brakes. Honestly you’d be getting an almost equally car with the top of the line Toyota platinum Highlander , for less money

I was interested in a preowned Mercedes they had. I asked for some additional information and she responded very quickly. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.

The car is amazing. The technology that comes with it is top notch, the third row is roomy enough for my 7years and has its own climate control. I would recommend it

The sales person. Dominic was fantastic to work with. He did a great job in dealing with the lower priced used car. The paperwork for buying a $9K car was a lot, but we got through it. I did buy the car and Lexus of Knoxville treats us very well! Highly recommended them.

Sheehy Lexus of RichmondReviews
Sheehy Lexus of Richmond review
After owning several top-shelf Mercedes and 50 other cars, the experience at Sheehy Lexus (RVA) was far and away better than M-B! From sales(Jacob Blackmon) to service and post-purchase (Meagan Payne), they were courteous, professional and judicious with my time. They are superior in every way, including LC500 I bought to anything anywhere near the price point! BRAVO Sheehy Lexus
