Group 1 Toyota Albuquerque review
The sales experience was very calm and productive. Communication while the car was in transit was very good as was the discussion while the ordered car was held up by flooding in Berlin. When the car we ordered was finally declared ?unavailable?, Diego found a similar car, sold us on it, and delivered the replacement to us. Fantastic!

Mercedes-Benz of CalabasasReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I cant say enough positive things about MB of Calabasas. The car is beautiful. I flew in from out of town and they set up everything for a smooth purchase experience. They lined up the financing at reasonable terms. They weren't to aggressive on warranties and did a nice job explaining the value of a product/service. Everyone i met at the dealership, from the Gen Manager, to FI Manager and sales woman were professional and articulate. The best car perchase experience ever.
2024 Lexus RX 450h+ review
In October, 2023, I bought the 2024 RX450h+ (PHEV) Copper Crest exterior and Semi-Aniline Peppercorn Leather interior, & loaded with every option, except trailer hitch, from Longo Lexus (El Monte, CA). It has been a superb Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle -- powerful, economical, of good utility, very comfortable, and a real pleasure to drive. And yes, the Copper Crest COLOR (AKA "Sonic Copper") gets compliments every few days. Only 15,000 miles on it as of 9/15/25 and will never willingly part with it. It's an Albuquerque, New Mexico vehicle in dry air, gets regular maintenance, and has zero issues.

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond review
After owning several top-shelf Mercedes and 50 other cars, the experience at Sheehy Lexus (RVA) was far and away better than M-B! From sales(Jacob Blackmon) to service and post-purchase (Meagan Payne), they were courteous, professional and judicious with my time. They are superior in every way, including LC500 I bought to anything anywhere near the price point! BRAVO Sheehy Lexus

Rallye LexusReviews
Rallye Lexus review
I live in the San Francisco North Bay area, and I looked all over the country for a hard to find 2020 [the last model year made] Mercedes 550SL twin turbo V-8 with 5,000 or under miles. I found the car I wanted at the RALLYE LEXUS in Glen Cove NY and immediately bought the car at a great price and with gracious and professional sales and logistical support service ~ the best dealership experience I have ever had. We were referred to Dan Akridge who curated the entire experience... what a pleasure to work with Daniel ~ a 10 star performance for what otherwise could have been a more complex purchasing experience. Nice job Daniel. The virtually new car is in showroom condition and at my request was detailed with a ceramic coating before shipping ~ the shipping via Plycar auto transport [Daniel Akridge's recommendation] across the country was another perfect experience.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. Francisco, Mrs. Gonzalez, kids & baby Lexington Park, MD

Drive A DreamReviews
Drive A Dream review
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED is not just a catchphrase at Drive A Dream.....it's a call to action. I recently purchased a car from them on December 26, 2025 and can't sing their praises enough. My salesman was Hadi Gang at the Peachtree Corners location (Atlanta's Best Used Cars). Hadi was completely professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and had no high pressure antics; it was like I knew him for years! The Sales Manager at the Marietta location (Drive A Dream), Sal Amin, went the extra mile to repair some exterior areas of the car I purchased. Wonderful results from a man who knows how to run and manage the dealership. Sal delivered the utmost in Customer Satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to buy a car from these dealerships without any hesitation. I passed my experience to my CEO and CFO of the company I work for with confidence that they will experience what I did...... Why wait? Go and Drive A Dream!!!!

Lexus of Akron-Canton review
I contacted the Lexus dealership helping one of my sons who is looking at a Lexus NX...Yoko took the call and provided exceptional customer service and information to help us with the process...where most dealerships rely on AI or call centers, it was refreshing to talk with a professional who was both knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions...definitely 5-star quality and service...thank you Yoko, for your time and assistance with the buying experience!
