I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I Just bought a 2026 Mercedes AMG CLE 53 Sam made it the easiest car buying experience I have had in my 60 years. He gave me a very fair trade in price for my 2018 C43, there was no back and forth nonsense, no upselling just super friendly and knowledgeable. I drove in from north Jersey and got there at 9:00 am, I told Sam that if we come to an agreement I need to be on my way home by noon. I pulled out of Silver Start at 12:00 on the button with spotless car. I highly recommend Sam and Silver Star
