Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I had an outstanding experience at this dealership and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I started by emailing with Alex 'Mongo' at the beginning of November about a car I was interested in. When that one sold, he quickly recommended another hybrid that fit my budget perfectly. Mongo was responsive and helpful throughout our email exchanges. When my boyfriend and I came in for a test drive, we worked with Mongo (Alex) and Chas, and they were incredible. What impressed me most was how upfront and transparent they were about pricing and fees. They let me see the price sheet and even take pictures of it. When I asked to put the car on hold to think about it, there was zero pressure - they were completely understanding when we left to look at other options. Mongo was extremely responsive over text, answering all my questions without being pushy at all. He was kind, level-headed, and genuinely easy to talk to. When we returned the next day ready to purchase, Chas got everything ready for us and made the paperwork process incredibly smooth. He even recommended a great place for tints! Mohammed in finance was fantastic as well. He worked with us to arrange monthly payments within our budget and was very transparent about all fees and add-ons. He showed us the breakdown of everything step by step. Even though we didn't go with the VIP package, he included an unlimited tire warranty without increasing our monthly payment, which was amazing. The entire process took about an hour and a half - we arrived around 12:30-1:00 and left by 2:30 with our new car! They also handled our registration seamlessly (we're DC residents but the dealership is in Virginia), provided a temporary tag, and made sure we knew exactly what to do for vehicle inspection. Everyone listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the car. This is hands down one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Excellent service and prompt repairs! Every time I have had to schedule service or a repair, the dealership is prompt in scheduling and once there, the service advisor promptly attends to you. The dealership is clean and one is kept well informed of what is needed on the car.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.
