Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!
Howard meron guided me as to how to access and work the many features on my NX. I was struggling and very unhappy with the car. He helped me by illustrating the features and how to work them. He did this in a very relaxed manner without rushing through things so I was able to absorb the information he was so helpful.

I just bought a Lexus car and I must share my experience.. Nate Boma and Ric Santos This are most amazing salesman???s I???ve ever met.. and I met quite a few. They are so NOT aggressive, they???re so patience and friendly. They try their best to match your expectations and explain every step of the way. They don???t pressure u at all and they give u your time to think and decide. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to go and buy a car with them. The shop is also very nice.. very satisfied.
I brought my car in for service engine light. I received quick and knowledgeable service from George. He kept me informed and did his best to get me my car back in a timely fashion. Will definitely go back to Bredemann's and Wayne Phillips first for my next Lexus. I called Bredemann's to see if they still had the RX350 I saw online and Wayne said they did and had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived 30 minutes later( no waiting). He enthusiastically explained everything so thoroughly while I was test driving I found there were things on the car I did not expect to be getting. Other dealerships told me that AFTER I bought the car someone would tell me about what was on the car! During price negotiations there were no hassles or pressures, I wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell one. He explained what I would be getting compared to other cars and prices out there and with the homework I had done I appreciated there was no baloney. Two days later when I picked up the car Wayne personally programmed and went over all the features on the 2018 car. As in other dealerships he did not tell me it would only be an hour. He took the time needed for me to know the car. He also said I could call him with other questions I may have. Who wouldn't want to spend all that money and not have it be a great experience. Go see Wayne.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
This is my third Porsche bought at this dealership. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park by far is the best Porsche dealership in the Midwest. From customer service to technicians to sales they care about you. I've owned many cars and I will continue to buy my Porsches only at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park. I was greeted by Jackie Guzman. What a pleasure to work with her. She heard what I was saying and went with my wants. She even made it fun. She asked the Sales manager Victor P. to help out. What a good guy. Found me a great Soul gave me a great deal. This dealership let me leave with their car for 3 days because my credit is always kept on freeze. Victor told me when I returned with the Soul if I didn't want it no questions asked, no problem. Well I love my cute car.
