When I arrived, I met Khalil Benazouz, who helped me with the purchase. I didn’t realize Sam was a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant and that Khalil handled new vehicles, but Sam still went above and beyond—even knowing he wasn’t going to make the sale. That meant so much to me! Khalil was absolutely amazing and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my out-the-door price. The car I chose online was already cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go when I arrived. I walked in at 12:30 PM and drove away in my new car at 2:00 PM! Talk about SIMPLE! 😂 Both Sam and Khalil were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. 2025 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

Olympia Jeep staff made a traumatic situation into a kind and supportive situation from sales to service to finance. A friend of mine found a good deal on a Grand Cherokee at their location. I'd been in an accident a couple weeks prior and my Wrangler was totaled. RC Jamerson (sales staff) was so kind and understanding. I am a retired veteran with PTSD and have difficulties in high stress situations. I am slow and methodical to make financial decisions and the accident forced me to make a rapid one. He was so patient and compassionate. At times I had trouble writing and signing my name. He was very supportive and a genuinely wonderful person. Their finance person, who's name escapes me, was patient and kind as well. He even found a better rate then NFCU saving me money. I can't thank their staff enough for making a tough situation, memorable in all the right ways.
