The facilities are nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I found the TV very, very annoying and made the wait much less pleasant than if the TV was not on.

Excellent, friendly and reliable service. Very efficient and professional.
2026 Mazda CX-5 review
I reviewed several vehicles. Honda CRV, the next model up, Toyota Rav4, and Mazda. Avoided the Chevy, Ford disasters. Settled with the Mazda CX-5 2026 model. Toyota has partnered with Mazda, so quality is on the good side things. The CX-5 aligned with most every need, technology, comfort, ride quality, color, style, etc. Honda and Toyota are more functionally design lacking style. Still good vehicles. We purchased this vehicle at Mazda Greenfield WI and they were great to work with!

Had car salesman Hunter that was extremely helpful in finding a used SUV for my price range. Showed huge variety and among a variety of brands and even let us drive home to see if it'd fit in garage no problem. Price was acceptable and car we got was great! Highly recommend Hunter as salesman as he was more than accommodating to get the car we wanted.

J.C. Lewis MazdaReviews
J.C. Lewis Mazda review
I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! From an over-protective Mama Bear.

Ray Skillman Mazda West review
The dealership itself was extremely clean and inviting! Huge plus that there are always numerous options on the lot to choose from. All of the gentlemen were externally welcoming and kind & made an effort to work quickly to value my trade & see what my options would be. Everything was broken down for me & there was no “get the car out the door” motive, just truly care for what’s best for the customer. There were options lined up for me when I arrived based on what I told the Salesman, Rodrigo, that coordinated dates, times & my interests with me. Very accommodating, friendly & patient. I look forward to working with Ray Skillman Mazda West in the future!

Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth review
Felt like family by the time we finished buying our car. Every person from our salesman , Chris Pingel, to the finance manager, Lori, was incredibly helpful and friendly . They really understand customer service! Very happy with our entire transaction. They answered all of our many questions and were very prompt to respond. Highly recommend.

Mazda of New Rochelle review
Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

El Dorado ChevroletReviews
El Dorado Chevrolet review
Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.

I would recommend getting your next vehicle from Balise Mazda. Calli walked us through the whole purchase from beginning to end with great patience. Gregory walked us through the financial process without trying to sell us any package that we did not need. Superb customer service for sure!
