I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

We did it in our home on the computer and emails and texts and then our kitchen table finishing up. It was the best experience I have ever gone through on buying a car. Online even!! Kevin Bowie did a video of the car. All around, top, total inside of the car. He missed nothing. Did the tires too. It showed good tread on the tires. Just like I was there looking at the car. Tyler Minnick & Jessica Freeman stayed in touch to make sure all was going smoothly for us and it was. No one pushed us or ran loops around us. They made sure we were happy. When it arrived on my street I said oh my it is better than the video! Kevin Bowie & a driver named Dan brought our car to us. They even registered it for us. Plates coming in the mail. It was a pleasure. No headaches, no anxiety, no anger or aggravation. Go there online or their physical place. You won’t regret it. They are the best. They are McGee Mazda of Claremont!
