I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
I wish I lived closer to this dealership. My electronic dealings with Chad Sneed have far exceeded my expectations! Super professional, non-pushy, knowledgeable and simply pleasant to deal with. I am not fond of dealerships in general due to negative past experiences, however, Chad unknowingly challenged me to rethink this perception. I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
Byers Dublin is always wonderful - everyone is so helpful but no one is pushy. The employees are professional and always ready to help. I always get the feeling that people are being honest with us and they never come across as sales robots - always as humans who are working with us to accomplish our car-buying goals. We have just purchased our second car from Atef Behery and Byers Dublin, and I intend to continue purchasing cars from Byers and from Atef as long as we are living in Columbus. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
We purchased a used Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter. The process was the easiest I have ever been through buying a car. We had some issues with insurance which caused us to have to redo all of the paperwork later in the day. They were willing to help us out with this issue and it was amazing. I definitely will return when in need of my next vehicle!
Patrick and Wes really made our purchase process very easy to deal with. They also helped us to get the best deal without being pushy. when we went for test driving it was a very cold day and the vehicle was inside pre-warmed waiting for us at the time we arrived, Patrick took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and made it funny to keep the attention of my children. Totally great overall experience. I purchased a car, took it home, decided it was too compact, John the salesman took the car back no issues and got me into the perfect car for me. No pressure, didn't rush me, looked up the car fax and answered all my questions concerning the car before I purchased it. This place is clean, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely shop there in the future. Great selection of used cars too.
Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
Just leased a ‘19 cx-9. Great features/upgrades. Sporty drive. Dark blue ext looks sharp. Also impressed by customer service. Rusty Wilson really listened to our needs and was responsive at every stage of process
My daughter just relocated from out of state and bought a new CX5 a few weeks ago. We chose Germain because of it's location and are so happy we did. Mike Worthington was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we compared and asked a million questions to be sure she chose the right vehicle. No pressure -- when we had decided, Germain stepped up with a very competitive price and found just the car for her. Very happy with the experience.
Recently my wife and I stopped at Germain Mazda to look at the new Mazda 6. We were greeted by Russell (Rusty) Wilson.
I will say that we have never met a salesman that is as friendly and knowledgeable as he is. He made this experience of buying a car as easy as it could be. We were never presured and we were given the time to discuss and make decisions. I will be sure to tell my friends the best place to purchase a car.

Went to trade in my very old vehicle in and upgrade it to a Mazda 3 on July 21, 2018. Initially made contact with salesman Jon Guthmann earlier in the week and we met that afternoon. Was immediately impressed with looking both myself and my wife in the eye when we met face to face and addressed us by our first names. Mr. Guthmann is very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I normally can’t stand the car buying process, but Jon made it very comfortable with his honest personality and easy going self. He and the people at Germain Mazda are really friendly and made you feel at home. I will and have recommended people to him. Mr. Guthmann is a good guy.
John was great, best experience I ever have purchasing a car. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the purchase of my new Mazda CX-5. He also made sure I understood all the features and how they worked with my new car prior to leaving the dealership.
