Gas mileage, head turner, beast with turbo... the perfect car! I used to be an M3 guy, exclusively. So glad I found Mercedes Benz!!! I will never look at another manufacturer again... $16.00 to replace a headlight, ON A BENZ??? Yep, owned it 3 years and total of $1,122.00 out of pocket including tires and all maintenance. Bought this car used with about 4.5k miles on it back in 2015 when it first came out, knowing it was the first year model of a major redesign for the C-Class model I took a risk being one of the first. It was a major refresh from the 2014 model and the car looks beautiful and sophisticated on the outside while it does not looking the sportiest, but thats what BMWs are for. The interior is much classier than a 2016 3 series or even 2017 audi a4 since those were refreshed later and gives you the feel that it's expensive despite being one of the entry level Mercedes models after the CLA. It is very quiet at high speeds and gets looks all the time with the brow shaped LEDs contrasting with my black paint. The infotainment screen will take some getting used to. Panoramic sunroof is a must have and livens up the cabin, the 3 series & A4 currently don't offer that. Easily will fit 4 people and good enough trunk room. Great comfortable commuting car with great mpg. Feels very expensive inside. The cons though are that the handling and performance isn't as good as a BMW or Audi, it is definitely more luxury oriented but that doesn't mean you can't have fun with it. I experienced some rattle from the center dash when cruising, which older model years didn't experience (again I knew it was going to have some problems being the first model year). However, overall it is a great car and it helps that the E and S class look similar to the C class in terms of design so in no way does it look cheap or a lower end model. It has been 4 years and its still good looking even though there is a new 2020 refreshed model which only has different LEDs and a larger center screen, my 2015 still looks as good! I would recommend getting a 2016 or newer to avoid first year woes.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle (we live in Virginia Beach, VA) but it was well worth the trip. I originally dealt with the GM - Wally who answered all my questions. He didn't pressure us about the vehicle or harass us with calls after the initial inquiry. Once we decided that we were going to Chicago, Wally told us they would provide pick up service from the airport and not to worry about a taxi or Uber expense. Driver picked us up right on time and we were at the dealership (which is a warehouse) within minutes. We were greeted by Wally immediately and he in turn had his salesperson Khayin show us the vehicle. Khayin was very nice, not pushy very comfortable to work with. Once we had decided to purchase the vehicle we were turned over to the F & I department where we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Everything was easy...and no drama....just the way we like it. On our way home to Virginia Beach they even called to check on us to make sure that everything was fine. The dealership also handled our vehicle tags with our state DMV with no problems. The vehicles in the warehouse were all clean, neat and ready to show. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.... And since I use to work in the Car and auto finance business for over 20+ years that's high praise coming from me.

Where do I begin? Well I was coming from driving a Infiniti Q45, which has a V8 engine. I was used to driving a big car and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately, my car was getting old and started to show signs of its declining health :-( So I knew I needed a new car and I knew I wanted an upgrade! I test drive the S-Class and the C-Class. Ultimately, I went with the C-Class because this is my first Mercedes and I was scared to just jump out there and go right to the big boy without being familiar with the maintenance and hearing everyone tell me about how expensive the maintenance is. So far, I like the car even though I have had to go back to the dealer a few times over the past 2 weeks. I think that is the dealer's fault though. I bought a certified used car but there are issues that I think they dealer did not check before selling me the car. For instance, the Mbrace button in the car is not activated, the exterior lights on the door handles went dead on the second day. Small things but very annoying. As I mentioned, it has only been 2 full weeks, so I am still learning the car. I am playing around with it and reading the manuals/watching the videos to learn about all the features. One thing I have to get used to is the "comfort mode". The car automatically starts up in "comfort mode" which is the mode that is designed to help save gas and be more efficient. That means the car cuts off when I stop sometimes and then starts back up when I let off the brake. It's kind of weird because 1, you can hear the turn off and start up... then there's a little lag in your take off when this happens. Benz makes it easy for you to turn this feature off with just a touch of a button though, so that's good. Overall, I like the car and would recommend to a friend (just not the dealership I went to). I am definitely missing the size I had with my Infiniti so I will be upgrading to an S-Class when time permits.

Nestor made me and my family feel at home. We were looking at GL550 or ML350 - however he looked at his inventory & after understanding our needs he cam back with GL450 - which I liked it right away. I bought a 2000 911 here about a month ago. From the time I arrived I was made to feel valued. Brandon introduced himself and talked to me like a friend. When I asked about test driving the car, he handed me the keys and said take as much time as you need. When I asked about getting it inspected he said sure and that they would be happy to take it anywhere close for me. The next day when I stopped in and let him know the mechanic was a half hour away, he said that he didn't have anyone that could take i tat the time, but that I could take the car myself for the day to get it inspected. WOW! The inspection came back incredibly good for a 16 year old car. The mechanic said he would buy it if he was in the market. The wire transer from my bank was delayed until after the weekend and since I just moved here I didn't have a car. Instead of having to get a rental, Brandon gave me a loaner since I already made a deposit on the car. WOW! I not only found a great car and the deal was good too, I made a friend in Brandon. I will go here first for any car purchase in the future and would recommend you do too if you are in the market for a quality used luxury car.

I purchased the car used and it is in great condition and has everything i want in it. If is a fun, reliable and safe car. I'll buy another one when I'm done with this one.
