Everything you expect from a car buying experience

I???d recently purchased a new Discovery using my financial institution car buying program at Land Rover Chantilly???s certified dealer. KZ was able to address all my concerns and find my Discovery within minutes of walking in. As an active duty military member I was given the attention needed from the Financial Department by going above and beyond and completing the required paperwork in order to register the vehicle in my home state of FL saving me additional $$$. No haggling, No hesitation, No gimmicks.
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
James provided a professional but relaxing purchasing experience. I really appreciated his no-pressure approach. He answered all my questions and gave me the time that I needed to make various decisions. James also took the time to fully explain and demonstrate driving features of the car during the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did a great job guiding me through the car???s information/entertainment system and convenience features. Thanks James!
Just purchased Toyota Sienna from Crown. Checked it with our mechanic and he approves the purchase.. The staff is professional and process easy.. We do recommend the company to all customers shopping for used cars..
While working with Mr. Bouchard, an amazing, albeit almost unheard of thing transpired... Initially, WE decided maybe it was not the most opportune time for me to purchase a new vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from Ron. For this reason, when I felt the time was right, I reached back out to him. It was my first time leasing a vehicle; however, he and Sandra Snyder (in Finance) handled me with kitten gloves... even with it being late in the evening and I was their last client, I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed to make the best financial decisions. If you're looking for a great buying experience with awesome people who will put your mind at ease from start to finish, go to Ron and Sandra!!
I always receive excellent service on my Mercedes-Benz vehicles at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, and this is from someone who has been a customer for over 20 years.. Dan Moreau is my service advisor and never fails to provide the best customer care possible.
Overall a good experience. Quality vehicles, tough negotiators. You get what you pay for though. Service and repairs could be explained a bit more thoroughly, but done to high standards. Work can be slow at times.
