Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

Exceptional Car-Buying Experience! From start to finish, our experience was wonderful! The staff was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had exactly what we needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how they treated us. They made us feel like family, not just customers! There were no hassles or unnecessary pressure, especially during the financing process. They listened to us, understood our needs, and respected our choices without trying to push us into anything we didn’t want. We truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. We couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. Highly recommend!

The customer service was on a whole different level if you’ve never experienced top tier customer service go to Mercedes Benz of hunt valley everyone was a pleasure to work with the manager Justin Schneider my salesman and the finance guy made you feel like family best experience ever I’ve purchased many other vehicles but this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

A solid "A" experience with MemberCar. Responded in a timely manner to my requests for additional photos and to questions. Wire transfer and title change was smooth. They recommended and coordinated shipping with a local shipper who delivered my "new-to-me" vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, halfway across the country. If they had a vehicle that I was interested in, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring review
My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring is always satisfying, pleasant. Their service department staff are always very helpful and informative as to what service should be done. If there are discounts, they will include to your service done. I am always impressed by the cleanliness customer waiting area. Elio Ayala is my service advisor and he always makes sure I am comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced. This week when I took my car to have a tire replaced, mounted, aligned, balanced, Elio was on his day off but Tom Rodkey made sure all work required was done in an efficient time. I highly recommend Merceds Benz of Silver Spring for vehicle repair work. Rachel Rivera.

In the Service Department, Eric is my guy. He knew my car had pre-paid annual maintenance - very professional to do his "homework" before I arrived for appointment. Then he spent time showing how to use features in my luxury car, so now I like my M-B even more. Eric should teach the other Service Reps how to give great service. He's so personable and helpful. Promote this great representative of M-B!

What a pleasant experience! Hypatia was great, the car was exactly (as far as I can tell) as advertised on Cars.com, the free Carfax analysis was very helpful for projecting reliability and assessing price to value, and ensuring maintenance was kept up. Definitely consider returning for future purchases! Glad to recommend them to others.
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Facility was under construction so there was nothing to rate. But the service was first-rate. I wasn?t pressured. I was treated with dignity. My sales agent got me by sending a video of the car that was just what I wanted. I wasn?t pressured hooked right away!

Brandon was the best! He was an absolute gem to work with. I initially went to view a vehicle but within 1.5 hours I was signing paperwork for my brand new car. I am soooo pleased with my purchase and will be returning for an additional vehicle. Thank you

Smooth ride, and plenty of leg room in the back seat and front. Great style and new dashboard. All the features you will enjoy. Great price compared to other luxury sedans.

Select Auto Imports review
Our experience on June 6, 2022 it was a great one. Robert the sales manager and our sales consultant Murad Qazi. Were absolutely fantastic. The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. We are surely to make our next purchase from here and I recommend anyone to come and enjoy this delightful car buying experience. Thank you, Marcus L. Jones
2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

They had a solid selection, and I was able to test drive a couple options without any hassle. everything moved along steadily. Overall, it felt like a straightforward and respectful experience. I’d definitely consider coming back here in the future.
2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

I received a Mercedes notification that I was due for service. I had noticed a problem in the left front of my car and I described it to Juan Ayala. He diagnosed the problem and recommended what needed to be done. He did an exceptional job and kept me informed of what was needed. He is courteous and so helpful.
