I purchased a used car less than two weeks ago. Imagine my surprise, after I purchased my car, when I found out the car only had one key! Really, did I have to ask that questions? The one key did not come with a key chain, which was promised to be sen to me the next day. Almost two weeks later - no key chain. I bought a Mercedes and couldn't even get a key chain! The door on the passenger had been hit and My sales person Miriam assured me it had been repaired. It looked 90 percent better. But in the light of day I can clearly see the poor work on fixing the dent in the door and matching the paint. I have shared my disappointment with my sales person via text. She responded initially and now is radio silent.
I was really excited about my purchase - but my sale person, Miriam, has certainly done little to debunk the myth of the used car sales person. My advice, don't purchase anything in the evening when any repairs can be difficult to inspect. Even after purchasing you Mercedes, don't expect a key chain or for them to mail it to you. After all, based on my experience with my sales person, Miriam, their words mean nothing and after you purchase the car - your dead to them. I can't even get a response to my text and I now have to find a place that will truly fix the dents in my door.
I love my car, I hate the fact that the work on my door was subpar and I can't stand people that don't keep their word (Miriam). I appreciate the lesson learned and I will steer all friends to a dealer where integrity is important.
Wisdom was my dealer and he made the experience delightful . I purchased a 2018 GLC350 Wisdom coordinated the sale found the exact car I wanted advised about extras and was professional and knowledgeable. I am recommending him to others who plan to purchase a car in the future.

Got caught in the holidays trying to buy a car I found online @ elite auto brokers. I spent a week out of town but was told to rest asure the car I wanted would be placed on hold inspite of other coustomer being interested in the same vehicles. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.
