I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Have been a happy customer for nine years. It is very rare these days to get consistently excellent service anywhere and MB Littleton is that rare case. Courteous and professional staff. A nice facility. Easy to schedule appointments online and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I also have an Audi and it is a nightmare to schedule a service appt there, just up the road from the MB Littleton dealership. Keep up the good work, MB Littleton!
