A Better Way WholesaleReviews
A Better Way Wholesale review
Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!
2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Great experience from start to finish! Eli, Gina, Albert and Jim were friendly, professional, and made the entire car buying process easy and stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with my budget, and made sure I left in the right vehicle for me. The car was clean, ready to go, and pick up was smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Highline Car Connection review
Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. We closed on a 2022 Honda Accord and are in love. The manager closed the deal and experienced was everything as he too was great

I had the best experience with Mauro Alvarez and Kelsey Yantosca. From the moment I started the process they treated me like family; made sure I was comfortable and that the process was as smooth as possible. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and showed me the best customer service possible. If you want a smooth, honest, and stress- free experience, ask for Mauro and Kelsey. I have always hated going to the car dealership as it was always such a long and stressful experience. Dealing with these individuals at Sound Auto has completely changed my idea of what the experience at a dealership should be. Thank you to the whole Sound Auto family for taking such good care of me.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

First place I’ve ever been where everyone treated me like a “real” person regardless of my credit. Even the GM came out to congratulate me. I’m going to send everyone I know here. Thanks guys!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

TJ Motors LLCReviews
TJ Motors LLC review
September 12th. 2022 TJ Motors Has Done a fantastic Job Again and Again ! My Wife and I purchased our 3rd Car From TJ Motors! The 2nd was about 3 years ago a 2016 Ford Escape which is loaded with all of the bells and whistles that my wife desired and has performed greatly and reliably - the Salesman whose name escapes me and Finance Manager Mike Kievites once again made the transaction pleasant, non-pressured and with a great extended warranty ! The 3rd car is a 2018 Ford EcoSport which we just purchased on September 12th, 2022 was even more of breeze as I had immediately sent our budget for down payment, monthly payment and extended warranty. Mike responded early that the car was still available. My wife had Window shopped the vehicle that weekend so she had her heart set on the car and expressed this to Mike over the phone. So at Mike's recommendation I did a pre-loan application. We stopped by to test drive, the car was everything my wife wanted perfect size, features, price, interest rate based on my improved credit and monthly payments with another great warranty and better yet, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. My wife drove out in less that 40 minutes with great 4WD vehicle that will provide safety and comfort in especially in the Winter months. Thanks to Mike Kievits, Todd Blonder & the TJ MOTORS staff for another great car buying experience! For high quality, reliable cars & service with a great price and flexible financing warranty options, I highly recommend TJ MOTORS to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Sincerely, Tony & Cyndi Sutton Feb 8, 2017: I had the best car buying experience ! I got the car I wanted (practically new 2014 Nissan Sentra with very low miles in mint condition), at the price I wanted, plus affordable financing (well below my budget expectation) with a lower interest rate than my previous auto purchases & a fantastic warranty that I did not expect. Salesman/Finance Manager Mike Kievits was very personable, patient & did not once try to sell me a car that I did not ask to test drive. That is the true meaning of no pressure sales plus he did not ask me to accept a lesser car due to my credit situation. He kept his word, worked hard to get me financed & I was able to drive home my newly purchased vehicle the same day. They even took my junker car off my hands & applied a credit to my down payment. The staff even helped me transfer a few trunk items from my old car to the newly purchased one. Thanks to Mike Kievits & the TJ MOTORS staff for a great car buying experience! For high quality, reliable cars & service with a great warranty, I highly recommend TJ MOTORS to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Sincerely, Tony Sutton
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Suburban Subaru review
Everything went very smoothly. They had the vehicle I was looking for. The salesman, Ed W. was knowledgeable, customer friendly and patient. We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. I plan on going back and working with Ed on a personal vehicle.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently visited Imperial Ram in Mendon looking at Ram trucks. I met several times with a sales lady, Kelsey. I drove serval different trucks and she took the time and had the patience to show and explain to me the differences in the vehicles I was looking at. The buying process went smoothly, I am now in a new Limited 2500 and loving the truck. I recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
