I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Absolutely the best place to buy a car!! Reliable vehicels and they really work with you to get you into something that fits your budget.We’ve bought two vehicels from them already and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Best mid size truck hands down!! Very reliable and handling is incredible. The V6 in this truck is a beast! Bullet proof!!!! Plenty of power for this truck 👍 it’s not a race car, it’s a beast of a 4X4 and has enough power to get the job done.

Sales person, (Mike A.) was extremely helpful and made my purchase very simple. Dave, who is the person I purchased the extra oil changes and tire rotations made it very easy also. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle smoothly.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

He took the time to answer my questions without Casting judgment are thinking that any question was not important. He was able to relate well and made me feel comfortable and at home. I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I had called ahead to determine if this Dealership had the make/model car I wanted to buy used. David Streisant answered the phone, sent me photos of applicable cars on their lot, and we made an appt for that same day. During the test drive he pointed out important features and anticipated questions I would not have known to ask. The duration of the test drive was generous. And here's the cherry on the cake that sets David above most others: *AFTER* the sale was made, he took the time to give us a thorough walk-thru of setting up Android Auto and the various options for vehicle settings. David gave us a very favorable buying experience.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Peter Wendell was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He has been at the dealership for several decades. He is knowledgeable, personable and does not act like the typical "car salesman".
