Two weeks ownership impressions, this Jeep is quite impressive. I've never been a Jeep person. Long time Dodge Charger owner in the sports car world. Cross shopping the Mustang Mach-e, the Grand Cherokee 4xe really got my attention. It's got that "in town" all electric distance, but you have the turbo gas engine for range and flexibility. The interior is not quite oppulent luxury, but it is VERY nice inside. Levels above what typical Jeep interiors and technology have been. It's very well put together with nice materials, and even some nice plastics. The one huge strike is the choice of so much center piano black. This material has to die. UConnect 5 is my absolute favorite. It works extremely well. The TomTom Nav is kinda weak. It only works best when you input the exact address. Combined electric and gas performance is impressive! This big SUV launches off the line when asked to. Electric use is pretty good for a big vehicle, at about 26mi. Which has been perfect for local driving when I'm off the highway. My combined MPG with gas/electric has been 25mpg, on Regular fuel. Which is a huge step up from the old Charger, yet I have all this cargo room. In the recent snow storms, this GC has been a snow BEAST. Very stable, and the stock Bridgestone tires have been acceptable in their snow performance. A few negatives; the dealer helped fixed a squeaky front panel right away. And they updated my UConnect system, where the screen was flashing black. After those fixes, the GC 4xe has been flawless. The engine is a bit noisy at higher rpms, but I don't mind it too much getting to use its performance. I've been Level 1 charging overnight at home, which has been adequate, taking about 14-15hrs for a full charge. That usually gets 2-3 local errand/to highway trips before it runs out. Then I charge again for the next day. When the battery is "dead" there's enough reserve to operate like a Prius hybrid, to help keep fuel efficiency up while in gas mode. Overall very happy! It's a lease to hedge my bets on this new tech, hopefully it keeps going well! I might be a Jeep convert!

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! I would recommend #texascarone to any and every one that's in the market for a vehicle especially a young couple that might be first time buyers. My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade as our first major purchase together about 5 years ago. In that time we have fallen utterly in love with this car and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something compact that still feels roomie inside. As a nanny, I love that the back seat can fit 2 car seats and a booster with enough elbow room that the kiddos arent in each others' space while still being close enough to the drivers seat for me to hand back snacks and take their trash when they're done. The entertainment center is far from flawless but once you get connected to it and everything set the way you want, its awesome! I love having google maps pulled up on the screen with my music/podcast/audiobook next to it.

I definitely would recommend Texas car one to family or friends. Yung my salesman and Afrooz my financial manager are great to work with.

Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.
