I recently had my 2023 Jeep Gladiator towed to Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to a major transmission issue. A friend highly recommended the dealership, so I called Jeremy in the service department while I was on the way to give him a heads-up that I was coming in. When I arrived, Jeremy immediately introduced me to the shop foreman, Cortez, who jumped in the vehicle with me for a quick test drive around the parking lot. We barely made it around the building before turning back in, and Cortez immediately recognized that there was a serious transmission problem. Knowing the vehicle was still under warranty, he had the technicians pull codes that same evening and quickly confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. What impressed me most was how fast they moved. The replacement transmission was ordered that day, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was out of town the following week, and they had my Gladiator repaired and ready to go by the Tuesday after I returned. Jeremy, Cortez, and the entire team provided excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. Whether you need warranty work or general repairs, I highly recommend Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They've earned my trust, and they'll be my first choice when my vehicles need service in the future.
2026 Dodge Charger review
The Charger is pretty comfortable with high grade materials and large passenger seating. The backseat can actually be used by adults which is impressive in a sports coupe. In my opinion this is not a sports car. Rather Gran Turismo (GT). It’s extremely quick and will get over posted speed limits in a few seconds. The Charger is full of high tech which we’ll see how they hold up with the years. But for now everything works as it should and very well. One big hiccup for me is the exhaust sound which is extremely raspy and tin canny. But this growing on me and don’t mind it as much. I couldn’t expect a V8 note out of a twin turbo straight six.

2026 Honda Passport review
Recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Love the extra additions at this level. Seats are very comfortable and the heat is great even on your back. Love the 6 cylinder only wish gas tank was larger. Even with the all terrain tires it offers a smooth quiet ride. Sound system is very clear. Interior look is somewhat upscale compared to several other SUV’s I looked at. Interiors size is great. Very spacious with lots of leg room both front and back. Enjoy only having two row seats with the back one being a bench seat. Would definitely purchase again.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. On Good Friday afternoon, as I was coming into Collierville/Piperton area to visit my brother and sister-in-law, my engine light came on (again) and I had to get my 2011 Honda Odyssey to a Honda dealership. I called the Wolfchase Honda dealership nearby in Bartlett and told Dexter (service advisor) what was going on (it was a known issue with the pistons & rings leaking oil around the seal and fouling out spark plugs-P0303 code). I had my elderly parents with me whom I was driving as far as Dallas, TX, and then, had to be back in Murfreesboro by Monday evening due to an appointment I couldn't miss on Tuesday. After dropping the van off to be diagnosed by the technician/mechanic, Dexter called me back to let me know that it was the issue involving the pistons and rings, etc., and with his technician on the phone with him and me, told me they would do their best to have it ready by Monday (latest, Tuesday due to being Easter weekend). Well, after driving to and from Dallas over the weekend, Dexter called me on Monday morning by 11 a.m. to tell me his technician had worked on it Friday for awhile, come in Saturday and worked on it to get the bulk of the work done and finished Monday morning so I could get home that afternoon!! I want to commend and thank Dexter and the technician (Joey Schaffer??) for their empathy and wonderful service to get me on the road back home (after more than a week of being on the road)! I know the Lord was in all the details last weekend!! Dexter and Joey deserve praise and a RAISE for being so kind!
2026 Honda Passport review
I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

2026 Honda Passport review
Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!
